15 stars out of 5 Brand new iPhone user here About a month ago I took a real risk and decided to give swappa a try I had heard about it on Reddit I had no idea what I was doing but looked through to find a seller who would accept credit cards in case I needed to do a charge back I ve never liked Paypal and don t use it any more I ran into a lot of problems trying to get my money back in clear rip off situations years ago and haven t trusted them since I then very carefully read the description of the phones and the sellers and additional information about their guarantee returns etc granted there s not much to go on but if you really read carefully there is a difference between them I finally decided on a red mint iPhone 13 mini 128 gig ordered it and waited till it got here I had no idea by which carrier the phone was being sent It actually took 10 days to get to me which was way too long After I got the phone I left a comment about it thinking that no one would ever read it but it suggested that the seller consider switching to UPS or FedEx even if it added a little bit to the cost because the US Postal Service had taken so long Shockingly within a day the seller had responded to my comment That person was very open to my suggestion and very friendly I waited a month to leave this review because I wanted to see whether the phone actually worked out In fact this phone is not only in mint condition it works perfectly I m not sure that I will ever use swappa again in general but I will come in here to buy from THIS seller again because I ve had such a great experience Going through other unknown sellers would be taking a huge risk and I don t like wasting my time and money So that was just my experience but it was great I can t leave a big enough thanks

Well I bought the wrong phone somehow confusing one model with another I caught it right away and emailed TT They responded next day - it was a weekend - and began the process of reversing the charges through Stripe Yes there was a small service charge but I had to accept some responsibility didn t I Throughout the process TT was friendly and professional Honestly I couldn t really ask for or expect much better service I would gladly do business with them
