Do not buy from Fly Discs

I ordered something for 40 dollars on their website and I was charged and did not get a confirmation email or anything confirming my order I called a day later to ask about the issue and they said to wait I called two weeks later to ask again still with no confirmation of my order and they said they couldn t reach out to anyone at the moment and would call back A week later they have not called back They also ignore all emails Do not purchase from Fly Discs

they do not print their own discs

This is a third party website they take your order and charge more for this service your disc is actually sent to dynamic discs to be printed Nor do they listen to requests save yourself the time and hassle and order directly from the manufacturer themselves

They said the printer was and still is broken and It s been 19 days since I placed my order I tried to contact three times and was met with the same message saying to be patient Now I am being informed that if I want to cancel the order that I can only receive store credit Very disappointed

Placed an order almost a month ago Received a shipping confirmation after 3 weeks and several emails to customer support only for my disc to be delivered 6 states away if it even was my tracking number Now it s been another week and no disc yet Terrible experience

I agree this place is absolute trash They promise you whatever to get your order Then before you know it you re left with your dick in your hand horrible customer service and lies 2-5 days shipping Maybe they use slugs to deliver their mail Perhaps it was a simple type o and they meant years I d rather let Magic Johnson spit on me than do business with them again

I contacted fly disc support after I made an order I wanted to change the design on Sean from support helped me tweak the disc to exactly what I wanted Thanks My wife will love her new disc Update disc arrived in 2 weeks it looks amazing
