Don t waste your time
Don t even bother using this app because the odds are your food will not arrive or be delivered to the wrong address followed by the delivery person being rude to you and blaming you for their mistake Their customer service is of the poorest quality possible This has happened to me so many times now that I ve lost count so I no longer will patronize this scam of a company

Trycaviar is not safe
Yes same here I never used this app before and realized that they did transactions in my bank account and I ended up having to get a new account I don t know who they are but I hope more people are being careful please stay on top your checking accounts everyone

Bad policies and worse functionality
The convenience became more of a burden The website is often out-dated or just plain phony Too often restaurants would be closed when I ordered and one time the restaurant literally didn t even exist - the number was some girl s private phone she d had for years And the website was glitchy Sometimes errors would occur and I d place an order again thinking the first attempt failed then would accidentally place two orders They only offered partial refunds which when the error is their tech and or misinformation that is not acceptable To get a full refund I d have to throw a tantrum which I don t like doing Took too many times having to deal with this stuff to push me to that point - which is how I finally found out that s the secret to get a refund I don t know if there are any better ones They all seem connected at this point Going to go old fashioned and just call restaurants directly from now on

Caviar is theeee worst
Caviar is theeee worst I keep trying to give them chances but i always have an issue drivers have disappeared with my food i have had a driver leave food on THE FLOOR in front of my building deliver to the wrong address Its always a pain with their service because the only thing consistent is their horrible couriers

no food and no help
Driver gave us wrong order after it was pushed back twice 20 minutes later than expected Customer support gave us a rubbish canned response refunded the order but did nothing else to help us with the situation Still hungry and without food HORRIBLE after my wife did a bunch of back and forth the gave us credit but honestly for the amount of hassle this has been rather not give them another shot

This place is a disaster
This place is a disaster I wish I d read the reviews before I placed an order They have absolutely no means by which to provide customer support They take your money but you can t reach them for any reason whether to modify an order or cancel one What a complete racket I placed a couple orders that were time-sensitive and when I reached out to Caviar to modify them they never responded But then I got an automatic notification the order had gone out They are AWFUL

Biggest piece of crap application Slowest response time needed to double verify credit cards and the scanning application doesn t even work Wasted 30 minutes try to place an order Had to use the phone and was done in 30 seconds Will never use this app again

They took my money and that was all
They took my money and that was all Their own app showed nothing was delivered Multiple requests to cancel for something not delivered crickets 24 hours later they wont even respond to cancel the order that was never delivered They have a horrible system that was held together by tape and strings and now with high demand they are buckling Other delivery services are thriving while these guys appear to be planning to fold - with your money in pocket

I ve been trying FOR DAYS to order from a restaurant for Tues lunch delivery Tues after Memorial Day Caviar has a software glitch and the earliest delivery time is 4 45 pm Trying to talk to their help desk but keep getting emails from different people who don t read the original emails about the problem so they don t understand the problem and don t help Can t talk to a human on the phone So frustrating Yikes
