I ordered this product on Dec 20 2021 I still have not received the items not even a tracking number I keep emailing the company to no avail Forget about calling Will see if I can get credit card company to reverse the charges This is most definitely a scam Had to give 1 star but this is really 0 stars

Ordered Paid Received Nothing

I ordered their buy two get one free deal on Nov 10th and a month later on Dec 9th they said it was delivered It wasn t They gave me a UPS tracking number that said it was handed off to and delivered by the local post office Not When contacted about the issue via email the only way to contact them and asked for replacement products or a refund they told me it was my problem and I should take it up with the local post office which is a waste of time So I gave these people 64 and got nothing Ripoff

Oluminate has the worst customer service I have ever experienced When my package did not arrive there was no helpful response just automated emails They have no working customer service telephone number Avoid

After 25 Days My Product Hasn t Even Been Shipped

I ordered and paid for their OlumiRing on Nov 7 Their site says to allow 1-3 days for processing and 5-10 days for delivery At the most that would be 13 days It s Dec 3 No ring No explanation No ability to speak to anyone because their phone number has a recorded message referring you to their email address I will see if I can reverse the charge but I m probably screwed Feels like a scam to me Stay away

7 weeks -still no light

Same issue here Ordered 6 weeks ago and still no light Customer service said item was lost in shipping and said they would send a new one Still nothing received Buyer BEWARE

THIS IS A SCAM Do not believe the positive reviews here - I m sure they re fake I ordered a light in JULY 2021 and am still yet to receive it I have tried emailing to request a refund to no avail Although I did receive a response to one of my emails about four months ago and apparently they sent another light Still not received another three months later Seriously do not buy from these people If it s not a scam then they must simply be incompetent
