The worst

The worst usability testing site I have ever worked for I m in the panel of about 4-5 top usability testing sites - none of them ever rejected my test infact I m rated 4 on those sites but this trymyui always fabricates silly reasons to reject so they can avoid payment stay away guys - it s not worth your time I deleted my account with them They don t deserve any star but trustpilot won t let me post this review without atleast one star There should be an option to sue trymyui for wasting my time on testing their crap tests Just don t understand what these guys think of others time people aren t sitting idle to waste their time on you Trustworthy sites that you can work for are - with no doubt usertesting they are bigdaddy in this area validately userfeel userlytics and userbrain STAY AWAY FROM TryMyUI

The wacky site are so unprofessional

The wacky site are so unprofessional their recorder is the worse as far as usability testing goes I imagine how many testers and customers they loose on a regular I ve had to take a usability test with them and just a brief network fluctuation and their recorder interrupts and test vanished Like 3 good times All that 20 - 30mins I spent talking continuously all got lost in a second as if my effort was sh t In other usability testing sites I d be asked to retry the upload But this guys have not intelligence for that It s worse you d think because they run a usability company that they d want people to tell them their loopholes or test them out Try writing to their customer support you would never get a response I wonder if they ever have a single logical business acumen left in their head or a moral sense to know when and what to upgrade when a certain idea isn t working I ve never seen a platform worse than this

I never received any payment

I never received any payment It was confirmed on their website that I would be paid but then had to find out that paypal had an issue After changing my paypal and asking to re-send the same payment as it was never processed confirmed with paypal one of the support guys said the payment was automated and could not be reverted which is absolutely ridicoulous After trying a couple of timea decided to give up as that was the last decision One big question raises if a payment doesn t go through isn t it easy to be verified and re-send the payment Ridicolous

I m a BSA SM and thought I would be a tester for TryMyUI after about two weeks of waiting I finally got a couple tests one I scored only 3 starts where on another testing sites I have been scoring higher The last couple of test their instructions were not clear and of course I moved past the steps they wanted me to follow It s not worth the time to be a tester nor is it would I suggest this company to my employer for them to use to test their applications

Waste of time and likely scamming testers

The admin who reviews the tests before they are sent is extraordinarily picky and you rarely qualify for tests When you do qualify for tests they want you to be a perfectionist and close the ghetto very glitch taskbar that you can barely read They say they supposedly declined the test but who really knows if they are not just sending the test to the customer and just not paying us testers For the other user testing websites you would receive a bad review and still get paid Maybe if the test was that bad you would be removed from the site Save yourself time and use other testing websites The 15 for 30 minutes isn t worth it with inflation and this extremely picky admin

Terrible company and platform for testing From experience they can randomly reject your test after you spend over 20 minutes for their 10 offerings On multiple occasions I have followed their instructions but they come back to reject my tests with guidelines that were not clearly presented before testing One of the most frustrating testing platforms out there and no wonder they re not a big player in this industry despite having been around for years

Stay Away

Thought I could leverage this new side hustle by joining TryMyUi but was I wrong I have used have used couple of other ones and gotten excellent feedback wasted 20mins of my time on my first ever review and got my feedback rejected with claims that my system had issues not true that I wasn t thorough enough never had complaints as to the standard of my reviews Deleting my profile right now don t waste your time steer well clear of TryMyUi

Absolutely the worst testing site out

Absolutely the worst testing site out there They will find any excuse to reject your work I ve wasted hours of my life on trymyui tests that they find random excuses to reject They are exploitative towards testers and their user support in non-existent I have a 5 5 rating on every other UX testing site yet trymyui will come up with any excuse to refuse compensating me while providing customers my research as unpaid labor Do not use them unless you want to provide slave labor to a dishonest underhanded company

Waste of my time

Waste of my time they always have technical issues on their site tasks don t upload etc and say that is my fault reject my tests and the reasons are ridiculous I give my review try to do my best describing problems and issues and nothing I believe they just use our efforts for free And btw they almost always get enough responders just right after they send notification It is really hard to work with them
