To be perfectly honest I ve never purchased the premium membership and I never will because they just come across to me as dishonest scammers and time wasters I think that even the free membership should work as described They say you can only have one download per hour or hour and a half I can t remember which before you can download again but when you go back to download there s numerous time wasting pop-ups and re-try s I ve even gone back a day later and I get the You ve reached your limit come back in ten minutes message I come back in ten minutes then all the time wasting pop-ups start again I understand that the idea is to give one incentive to buy the premium membership but if they re not gonna be fair and follow the rules with the free membership why should I believe they re gonna be any better after giving them my hard earned cash

I bought a month worth of service lured by the amount of data that can be transferred and then 80GB limit per day limited number of downloads captcha after only a few DLs captcha increasing in complexity after another short count What an absolute clusterf c7 never again Not sure how this service stays in business with these practices

Haven t even downloaded a single thing and it tells me I reached my limit on my IP absolute joke of a site

Very bad support arrangements Most of the contact information listed on their website is out of date email address not recognised etc Meanwhile after days of filing a ticket about multiple billing problems there is no response at all I have prior experience of requesting support and it being very very slow There is also a security issue with them sending passwords as plain text in unencrypted emailsUPDATE It is 5 weeks since Turbobit said they would reply to me very shortly Today they emailed me to reply to a support conversation which has never had any input from their staff UPDATE 2 Over 2 months without a direct response Their staff have deleted the current support conversation on their support system but overlooked the fact that they emailed me about it with a link to the conversation Emails since Nov 3 2023 to premiumATsend turbobit net billingATturbobit net and mailAThelp turbobit net have not had any response Yet they continue to make offers without honouring old ones I have paid for

They quote things they don t deliver - they don t reply to escalations Under normal law they would be prosecuted this company acts beyond law Unfortunately in certain circles you can only use this entity Just don t expect what they promise as it is lies In reply The downloads are constantly resetting the result is you never ever get the quoted download quota that you have paid for as it is done on the number of files the reset appears to count on Turbobit as another download Especially with a manager such as Jdownloader I have raised this on a number of occasions and never get a reply The help facility appears to be a BOT Upgrading to the premium premium service makes no diffference In essence if you expect to download 40GB expect it to be more like 20 I don t experience the same with other providers

Downloaded a workshop manual but it couldn t be read so I raised the issue through their website and go no reply after repeated attempts Simply a scam obviously Avoid

Buy a 1 month premium turbobit by paypal and write 5 email than i don t want renew on 7 5 22 and never receive response from turbobit the support is f c and email on the page doesn t work if i don t receive a resposnse will open a litige with paypal for blocking payment you are scammer and the link for message you send me for vieving my tickets doest work

They seem good until you find out that it s impossible to unsubscribe from their service shy of shutting your card down and getting a new one Also they will NEVER respond to any e-mail s you send them Also they are a Russian company

Sadly Turbobit has become really bad and useless I rarely open a ticket at all in their support system One support ticket is posted 3 years ago and one more recently and they simply do NOT respond The argument that they can not find your email address I noticed in another review here is simply nonsense because you can only open a ticket AFTER you login to your account My support ticket is a really simple one a request to change my email address Because there is NO option in the turbobit user account area to change your email address And from the profile area within the support ticket system area you can add a NEW email address but there is NO save option I checken in 3 different web browsers They simply just do NOT respond to support tickets This is one of the worst online services I have ever come across they simply do NOT care I have a paid subscroption until february 2025 That should count for something but not to turbobit I guess they earn enough money and just think anyone who doesn t like our extremely bad service can leave we don t care geeeezzzzz This will bite you in the ass because at some point google will be filled with too many negative reviews on many different pages and people will simply not renew and certainly will NOT open a new account

I was lured to the site with the offer of a free magazine PDF There at Turbobit net under the pretext of filling out a captcha I was bombarded for 10 minutes with misleading completely unserious advertising Again and again the turbobit net page tried to foist unwanted downloads on me and unwanted notifications in the browser Last captured URL was turbobit net download free 3ca4fk014ssk I can only warn against visiting the site
