Fantastic customer service
As always fantastic customer service both from the online team and the Great Yarmouth team tried one of the new range of cigars yesterday but unfortunately the cigar decided it would rather fall apart but this was not a problem for the team they reached out to me and replaced the cigar and I can honestly say that it is smoking like a dreamI have said it before and I will say it again many companies out there could learn a thing or two about customer service from you guys please keep up the fantastic work
