Took my note 8 in for repair

Took my note 8 in for repair Phone looked great after repair however it did not retain it s water resistant feature I went on vacation I tried taking an underwater video with the phone within 10 second it was filled with water Upon my return to the United states I took the phone back to the store I heard nothing but nonsense

Scheduled an appt and came in for a repair only to tell me they don t have my screen Drove over an hour and was excited they offered zero help They had a screen just different color and they gave me a bullcrap story of Samsung won t let them do that I own the phone 100 and paying out of pocket with no insurance so I don t understand why Samsung would have any say over what I put on my phone I pretty sure they were just lazy out of the 5 people that were in the store they couldn t help any of the 5 and all were turned away very bad experience Findlay Ohio store

Disappointed

Recently took my Samsung FE20 in to the Barrie store for repair Staff was pleasant and seemed helpful The camera did not work They checked and said the problem was not the cameras and that it needed a motherboard Expected delivery in app 2 days Two weeks later nothing Went to Mobile Klinik where they diagnosed the problem as the camera chip and had it repaired in no time Still have not heard back from UBREAKIFIX Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone for repairs

horrible people trying to be polite

horrible people trying to be polite awful service took my phone 26hrs later gave it back not touched I will never recommend this company or return I had my phone repaired cheerfully whilst I watched at another store

No to UBreakIFix for Samsung warranty work

I agree wholeheartedly with another reviewer who said for Samsung warranty work stay away from UBreakIFix at all cost They use aftermarket parts for official warranty work and they claim they don t know that some features of warranty such as water resistance will no longer be honored if they fix your phone Some warranty service

Had made an 11 00 appointment on their website Got there almost 10 minutes early and ended up standing in line while a lone employee waited on customers tried to fix cell phones etc By 11 20 I had progressed from 3rd in line to 2nd Still a lone employee behind the counter What a waste of my time and effort Don t know about the quality of their work as I left without accomplishing anything Obviously customer service is not high on their list of priorities

They don t even know where there technicians are who they are and when they re coming Seth from the online Florida office couldn t tell me anything and the technician never reached out Will my phone screen be repaired Who knows because apparently they take a 30 dollar deposit but don t keep track of the people they hire to fix things Disaster won t use again

Worst customer service EVER

Worst customer service EVER Don t go here They let you come back 5 times before actually fixing your problem And then they scam you by asking for even more money than they originally asked for and don t give your product back until you payed the higher amount To top it off the so called manager can go full out aggressive if you ask questions about this Born and raised in Amsterdam but I ve never ever seen this

Insurance scam

Couldn t get the back cover off of my laptop to increase the memory He said it would cost 50 but if I got their coverage plan for 25 a month they would do the work and after a month I could cancel the plan and I d be out of pocket only the 25 When I picked up the laptop they still charged me 50 saying that the coverage doesn t start until 31 days after I bought it and wouldn t give me my laptop until I paid

Stay FAR AWAY from this seller on EBay Not only you would get your order MANY MONTHS behind without any notification When it finally arrived it was a junk The product is totally damaged and cracked That was what happened to my order I placed an order for a LCD The shipping time was supposed to be 2 to 3 weeks However it ended up being more than 2 months overdue and not able to cancel the order That is not the way to run a business
