They have saved our bacon twice now First time wife s PC wouldn t start boot or anything And it had been a while since last backup So she was really freaked out because it looked like a LOT of school work was gone Never really found the problem but they first recovered the hard drive just in case and the computer started working again Since they never found an issue no charge Second issue was my PC wouldn t hot spot with my iPhone I tried everything I could find on the web - to no avail So I went in to my local store again They spent at least 20 minutes with me and got it resolved Again no charge What can I say The Michigan City Indiana location is tops for customer service

I droppped iphone 11 and it hit

I droppped iphone 11 and it hit perfectly to black out screen to where i could not see who is callling OR answer the phone could not dial out either called ATT they referred these guys Although I had never heard of this place I called and talked with a man named Jay i explained the situation to him and i was desperate to get it repaired Jay told me to come in and he would make sure it was taken care of and that is exactly what they did Although i dont remember any others names they all were very pleasant to deal with and all were very knowlegedable electronics I on the other hand am not good with these things AT ALL I had Esurance on my phone and screen protector They made a claim on insurance and it only cost me less than 25 00 toget an LCD screen and a new screen protector I will use these guys next time and just so anyone that sees this review needs to know ATT who is a very large company uses these guys for there warranty repairs and other things and as many customers as they have are not going to send you to someone that is not reputable i appreciate Jay and his sincerity on getting my iphone 11 repaired ASAP Sam

Top Notch Professionals in fixing TechnologyRecently there has been a situation where as a Database Is Corrupted error has occurred on my Ps4 This particular error happened after installing the latest update of cyberpunk 2077 I found out later that this error was related to cyberpunk 2077 so naturally I was consumed by grief and Rage After calming down I took my PS4 to Ubreakifix near me Upon walking into this establishment a technician was already waiting to help me After I explain what happened this technician explained in layman s terms what the damage my PS4 might have received He had taken the time to explain all of my options for repair as well as suggesting ways to fix the problem myself Being that I am not very tech savvy I had chosen to have them repair my Ps4 I was completely surprised because this technician had given me an option to fix my PS4 myself which would have cost nothing I was not only able to see the professionalism of this company but I was able to see right away that they cared about my needs as a potential paying customer After going over the paying options which was quite affordable I was informed that my PS4 would be fixed within an Hour I would like to give these guys a five star rating because they care and they surely know what they are doing They are honestly Top Notch Professionals in fixing Technology From now on I will let Ubreakifix handle my technology
