Wonderful service great price

My computer completely died so I took it to the Greece New York store When they took it in they said it would be about a week but I got a call the next day it was done Mark said he knew what it was like not to have your computer The entire staff I dealt with was pleasant and polite and I could not be happier The service was great and the price was more than resonable I highly recommend this store

Back in late August early September

Back in late August early September we had to get my daughter s Samsung 9 fixed due to her phone having been ran over by a car When U Break We Fix located in Eastgate was done with it it looked brand new Well unfortunately on Thursday February 6th my daughter dropped her phone and it hit the edge of a sidewalk cracking the back of the phone as well as the screen We took the phone to U Break We Fix on Saturday February 8th and AGAIN when they were done it looked brand spanking new PLUS they are so unbelievably fast If they had said it would take 24 to 48 hours to repair we totally would have understood But they had her phone repaired in less than 3 hours In fact it was closer to 2 hours I cannot recommend this company enough We are always impressed with their know-how plus their knowledge They are always so very friendly and helpful You absolutely cannot go wrong taking any electronic item to U Break We Fix We are truly huge fans Thank you so very very much Lora Lewis

Responsible service

Got my phone wet and they did 2 days of diagnostic testing It was unfixable and I was not charged for the work Customer service was professional and caring I recommend them

I dropped my Note 8 today

I dropped my Note 8 today and broke two corners on the screen I got a claim filed on Asurions web site Within 15 minutes I had a call from UbreakIFix They explained it would take about 1 5 hours to fix I setup an appointment and dropped it off They were very professional and explained the whole process Within an hour and a half they called my wife s phone and informed me that the phone was fixed Fast and easy They even use OEM parts I greatly appreciate their service

I needed a screen protector for an older model phone Three specialty stores told me they didn t service this product anymore I finally went to U Break and not only did they have my product but they installed it for me and then told me it was on the house Could not be more pleased

Well I was just amazed

Well I was just amazed Went to Ubreakifix beside the bulk barn The owner I believe was the man that served me He has to be the nicest human that I have met I a super long time The speaker on my phone wasn t working I could hardly hear my calls He had it fixed in 5 minutes I don t normally give reviews but this gentleman was so very kind to me I was baffled I highly recommend this place I personally would never go anywhere else More humans need to be like this man
