Great Service from Tom UGP

Involved with four entities and UGP gave some great quotes where the unit price was much lower than our current suppliers as a result all four accounts moved across and fixed for 18 months I mainly dealt with Tom Broughton who was professional and polite throughout the process as have all other team members involved

I ve spoken to Thomas Knapp several times now he provides great service is always polite and put no pressure on me After getting a very competitive quote I m looking forward to having Thomas as my Account Manager He s very quick to answer the phone so should save me time too

Tom at UGP kept me up to date with the latest prices but without taking up loads of my time on the phone as some others do I m confident that UGP prices were lower than others straightforward process to renew our contracts with them and now all set up to view the accounts online when the contracts go live Kept it simple

We have had superb service from Thomas Knapp at UGP with regard to the renewal of our business energy contracts He is clear and plain speaking and dosesn t use up your time with annoying sales patter Throughout the entire process he has had excellent communication and made the entire process really easy It was great to use Teams to chat in person too I would recommend anyone looks to speak to him when it comes to renewing contracts
