Not received the plates and no contact number

Dishonest website takes your order then your money for an order it cannot actually fulfil until you provide photo ID and then documentation for the vehicle before they will print and despatch the plates they take next day delivery payment knowing full well people will be hit with the having to copy scan and upload documents so probably will miss the deadline Furthermore the requirements for documentation should be CLEARLY stated during the ordering and payment process so that you can make your mind up prior to paying whether you want to go through the hassle of this the fact they don t mention it until money is taken and order is complete is why I am labelling them dishonest because they know if did this they would take less orders because people would no bother ordering with them I requested my order to be cancelled and refunded which they did quickly to be fair if they had not I would have raised a dispute with the card issues as a fraudulent transaction Why do companies behave in this way clear honest and transparent is all we want Yes I accept the DVLA requirements but you can mention it before hand YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Took my money before I uploaded the documents and their customer service number doesn t work better off going to Halfords stupid website

Ordered on a Sunday and they took next day delivery from me knowing I wasn t going to get it until Tuesday surely if you order on a Sunday the option for next say shouldn t be there also the tracking number wasn t valid

3D Plates looked nothing like they did on the website Not happy Would like a refunded but have not been contacted back

Ordered a personalised number plate spacing is wrong no reply no contactWhen you order it lets you space it

Not a good experience as they claimed they couldn t provide number plates without a retention certificate I had the email from the DLVA showing the retention number stating the number plate should now be put on my vehicle immediately They took money straight away before refusing to issue the plates I went straight to Halfords who were more than happy with the DVLA document and provided the plates I have since spoken to the DVLA who advised there is no reason why anyone should be refused number plates with this documentation All very strange and a waste of my time There was further issues too with there very bad attitude when I challenged them Providing I receive a refund I wont go into any further detail as I do have an email which may surprise you Just to comment on there response I agree their is no logical reason not to issue the plates as after all that s their business but you did and you took money before refusal which isn t acceptable I appreciate you have your own reasoning as to why you want certain documents and your right to be prudent but I had no problems buying my plates elsewhere with the document the DVLA provided I wish your company all the best but your potentially loosing out on business and as your far from the cheapest on the market you may want to consider that Based on my experience I would advise people to do their homework before purchasing plates as theirs lots of suppliers to choose from I m sure people will make their own mind up as I just shared my experience which is the whole point of trustpilot

I regret to inform you that the rubber lettering is cracking and breaking down after less than 2 weeks fitted

Ordered Friday morning and have not arrived paid for next day delivery would not recommend this company taken my money but not delivered my plates I would like a refund for the next-day delivery 6 99 or a full refund

If I could give 0 stars I would for there customer service and attitude towards customers through complaints Their 24 hour delivery is unreliable pay the 6 99 at your own risk Very unhelpful when queried and don t give a direct answer
