Fast delivery but poor quality very cheap looking plates for the price and refused a refund

Purchasing was easy and plates arrived quickly however we have just put the plates on the car and after drilling the plates the plastic backing has like exploded - I have emailed the company but got notification that they are closed till the 2nd but see they are responding on here so hoping for a quicker response on here as the plates currently look terrible and I ll be needing to order another set of plates 345427

You did not make it clear until after you had received payment that the number plate would not be sent without us providing documentation of ownership and we were not comfortable sending confidential information to an unknown party this delayed the process and you made no attempt to contact us to resolve the matter and the phone number on the website does not work which made us uncomfortable

Purchased what are described on their website as 3D Gel You would need to squint your eyes to make them look 3D They are also happy to sell you the pack for fixing your plates in o your car even though they provide a pack with the plates Nice little money spinner In their favour they did refund postal costs as they did not deliver on the guaranteed next day delivery so they got that right I did send an email about my concerns as stated above but no response as yet Nothing wrong with the quality of the plate but fell far short of satisfaction when it came to the 3D lettering Disappointed I have reordered via another supplier

My plates are here and they do the job but I expected better I ordered them with a border but the border isn t particularly well centred or level and the plate isn t that well cut out I know that once it s on the car it isn t that big a deal and nobody is really gonna notice but like you had one job It is literally your only job Slow delivery - I paid for 48h but it took 5 days to arrive Poor checkout experience - they don t tell you until AFTER you ve paid that you then need to submit documentation to prove who you are and that you own your car I can see this easily tripping some people up

Plates took ages to come and when they did their company name is in BIG letters across the bottom so we pay for your advertising wouldn t be so bad if the text was centre of the plate but their measurements are off - not pleased will order new ones elsewhere

Great service arrived Unfortunately the fittings which we paid extra for were useless The sticky adhesive was like using pritt-stick and although we paid for the screw fittings too the plate didn t have any holes in it which meant that I had to drill my own This worked fine but has caused slight delaminating around the hole

The ordering and arrival of the plate was fine It was ordered over the Christmas period and arrived with no massive delays However the quality of the plate is incredibly poor it s easily among the worst I ve seen in true 3D plates This mostly comes down to the clear plastic that s poorly attached to the base of the plate which keeps coming away from the plate and leaving odd lines and pockets The plastic has also blistered and cracked from drilling which has made the plastic material even looser and embedded plastic shards under this layer Unfortunately this layer can t just be peeled off or removed as the true 3d letters are attached to it despite looking like some protective plastic A smaller complaint the manufacturer details and BS whatever seems more pronounced than on other plates I ve seen which impacts the plates look a bit I am now left with a plate that looks so poor that it s barely worth hanging in the workshop for decoration

The purchase transaction was ok including the extra validations However the numbers plates are useless to me as they didn t contain any pre drilled holes
