A lot of hassle trying to provide documents

The updating of documents not the easiest but other than that all good

I chose this supplier because I did not want the name of the supplier on the plate the template appeared to allow this when the plates turnedup in good state and when expected which was a positive they had the name of this company on them I contacted them and mentioned this was not what I wanted their what appeared to me sarcastic response was that they had to have this by law which is a recent requirement and true I later find out but their template did not show this ok I could get stroppy about this and strictly they produced a valid and legal plate but I was disappointed with the site as the Garage I bought the car from would have happily sorted out new plates for me with their name on it but the response was probably hurried but I would go elsewhere next time because of the reaction e-mail but I find as it fits the legal requirement the plate OK and delivered when they said it would be

I ordered the plate and screw set but was disappointed there were no holes in the plate to attach it using the purchased screws and caps to my bumper This might be how it works but I did not know and can t easily make to holes Nothing wrong with the product apart from my problem mentioned above

Website looks professional and reviews provide a level of confidence But in reality there are a few things to be aware of - the phone number is disconnected so comms only available via email first dodgy flag - requirement to provide evidence was not detailed until after the order was placed 2nd dodgy flag - evidence uploader didn t work so had to email in Feels a little odd having to send sensitive documents to a private company But plates have arrived and they look ok

The plates need to come with guidance as to how to drill holes re the screw method The drill needs to start at the front of the plate and not the rear otherwise if done from the rear there is not a clean hole and the thin clear covering on the front starts to blister bubble in the area of the hole

Plates still had not arrived by mid Jan after ordering in December - have had to purchase alternatives as so late However after exchanges of multiple emails a refund has been agreed

I asked for an order of number plate for my car This company replied asking for the specific information that they needed to release to me a new plate So once l hot home from work l sent them the information They thanked me for the information and stated that it was in the works I belive that they were delivered 5 days later I am happy and got everything that l asked for A good simply plate Thank you

It was very easy to design the plate and get exactly what I needed The plate arrived very fast so could use it to take my bike away Communications immediately after purchase were not great but as item arrived so fast it didn t really matter
