Was thoroughly sceptical about the grounding sheets but after years of terrible sleep I decided to give one a go It took a couple of weeks but I found my sleep was much deeper and less interrupted and I was waking up so much more refreshed in the mornings I let my son try it and he noticed after the first night that he was waking up easier in the mornings he even looked fresher and feeling more awake where I was back struggling to sleep like before so I promptly ordered a couple more lol

I heard about grounding mats and I looked up a local website so I came across Ultrawellness There s a lot of cool items for sale but I only wanted some grounding mats so I got a few I wasn t sure if the three in the order would come as full sets but they were all included The grounding mat worked better than I thought it would It was subtle but I could notice a big difference from resting I felt even more rested than normal Overall a great website
