Inadequate customer service won t help never received our package We have backed their Kickstarter project Cappadocia Provided a clear and easy address for shipping Company address with company name so can t even be missed We still haven t received our main pledged items only the additional ones Out of those one even was damaged The other package for the same address is getting returned constantly We contacted them and they don t really want to help and their answer was basically to do it ourselves It seems we will never going to get our pledged items and or the replacement It is also interesting that they never sign their customer service emails what are usually very blunt so you don t even know who you are emailing with They don t seem like taking responsibility We are planning to take the necessary steps including asking for a full chargeback or legal advice in case we won t get our items very soon Trustpilot All proof is available on request

Had waited for longer than a month now even when they said it was going to be within 2 weeks considering the whole COVID thing affecting us I expected it to arrive late THE ISSUE IS the tracking number shows it has been already delivered somewhere in the UK DELIVERED WHERE not to my house So I kept emailing them but their last answer was on the 25th of December saying We will check your order and write to you as soon as possible It s 29th Yeap it s really really messed up shipping service Don t think it s a scam though

I want to add to my previous review Three weeks are passed and nothing was shipped They replied here something about pre-order but I was carefully reading descriptions and nothing was there about preorder and longer delivery times So this is not true Even now there is nothing about pre-order of my item - it is in stock according to their site They are not replying in emails not replying in chat -this is only one place where I can get a response For three weeks I ve got 3 replies on my messages Why I m paying money and can t get a response in timely manner

I placed my order on the 4th of December expecting next day processing and then 3-14 day shipping to Australia My order was processed 16th of December 12 days later with an expected delivery date of 28th December There was no update or communication regarding the delay and when I used the support chat to enquire the reply was out of our control sorry Can t express ship can t change delivery address until delivery has been attempted I would not recommend this company for Australian customers

Placed an order or November 28 website states Domestic EU Shipping - from 3-8 days without custom fee The order still appears as unfulfilled and therefore not sent yet after 10 days Customer care works very badly had to send 3 mails to receive an answer on the lines of we have a lot of orders sorry for being late No estimation on when it will be sent I will be happy to change this review if I will be able to receive the item before travelling for Christmas but I seriously doubt it EDIT After being told the order was cancelled and i would receive a refund the order STILL APPEARS active in the website As usual customer care is not helpful they read messeges in FB messenger but do not answer chat is simply not responsive

I have ordered several times from Unidragon and have not had an issue until now I placed an order on July 3 order 63736 I have never received a shipping notice no notice from the company about a delay and no response from the company after I have sent them 3 emails It looks like they respond to customers who complain here so thought I would see if I can get a response before I try to get my money back through my credit card company It is a shame as I think they have an excellent product but if you need any customer service from them it is non-existant

I will go out of my way to write a review even though I never do so This bloody site has spammed my phone with 6 texts now in 30 minutes I never completed a purchase and only filled in my phone number to see how long shipping would take I will never ever buy from a company that operates by spamming their customers

I am absolutely disgusted by Unidragon Completely useless customer service I requested a refund within a day of placing the order and my order was cancelled immediately A month later and several emails later I was told that they forgot to do my refund I ve now been told to go directly to my bank for a refund as the money still hasn t arrived in my account Never again will I order from Unidragon very very poor company to deal with

Very unprofessional work with shipping Ordered my puzzle as a present for my godson on 14th of october After two weeks sent them mail about the delivery as nothing happened They aswered fast and promised to take a look Nothing happened I mailed them twice to get an answer Now the courier had changed to notorious Colissimo Still something wrong with the delivery After two weeks again mailed them twice but got no answer Really running out of patience now after 41 days of waiting as they promise DOMESTIC EU SHIPPING - 2-6 DAYS WITHOUT CUSTOM FEE on their website Really afraid of just loosing my money

Ordered a puzzle with a mounting system back in October 2020 One month later I sent an email asking where my order was since I hadn t received a tracking code After a bit back and forth they refunded me for the mounting system but the puzzle was stuck in customs Be vary of all the positive reviews of the company as they informed me on December 1 and December 23 that they still couldn t deliver any puzzles to Europe Last time I heard from them was December 23 I m still waiting for my full refund
