In short Unidragon is legitimate be careful to order from the original website The puzzles are very beautiful and unique - the only wooden puzzles of such good quality that I have found so far The customer service could benefit from some improvement - the people who answer you are always polite however the customer service representatives are either not well informed about shipment and delivery times or they just try to calm you down by telling you that your order will arrive within a short time frame when it is not even sent yet Recommendation to customers Order from Unidragon at least 1-2 months in advance in non-holiday periods and at least 2-3 months in advance in periods when you would expect high demand e g Christmas so that you re sure you ll get everything on time The next time I order a puzzle from them I will give another update if the delivery time has become shorter or if at least the website gives accurate information about it My experience I ordered 4 puzzles on Nov 30 order 81010 worth over 140 euros I received my order on December 30 a week and a half after I asked for a refund because I wanted to give these puzzles as presents and I realised this was not going to happen anymore I contacted them several times in the meantime and was assured I would receive the puzzles before the holidays which did not happen One puzzle came with a missing piece and I was asked to send a picture however that was not possible because the puzzle was intended as a gift and I had counted the pieces but not completed the puzzle Unidragon DID send me a replacement and I am grateful for that because I understand why their policy is to require a picture usually so I appreciate they compensated me in this way for the long wait I would recommend Unidragon to work on expectations management - it s OKAY that shipping takes a month especially in periods of high demand - I would still have ordered if I knew that But I would have ordered earlier It is NOT okay that you state shipping will take 4-6 days then promise the puzzles will come before the holidays multiple times then ship the order after the holidays And even in situations like that - better inform the customer how much time the shipment will actually take so that they don t have to wonder whether you are scammers

Great product i bought 2 on may 9th and didn t get a tracking number after a week so I contacted them and within an hour they replied saying that they were also waiting for a TN which was a bit strangest this point I m like yeah I m f d they also told me that only one puzzle had been sent because the owl was out of stock and would take longer to receive it and they asked me if I still wanted the owl or wanted something else I told them I wanted the owl and that I would wait I went in thinking that I was gonna get scammed because they have mixed reviews and there s a lot of ads on fb that claim to be them I remember clicking in one of the ads at one point and got sucked into it cuz they re so cool however instead I went directly to their website and and purchased it What a great product I can t wait to get the second one the fine cutting of those little pieces and the art behind it it s mesmerizing the pieces are so unique and cool even if you re really really good at building puzzles and I m talking about 1000 piecesThis is going to keep you there for at least 4-6 hours I know it s only 300 pieces on the king sizes and trust me it s nothing 300 pieces sounds like nothing but when you re building this with those shapes it makes it a bit more challenging they are CLEARLY NOT your average puzzle pieces Only four stars cuz the whole thing with the tracking number it s a bit obscureThey give you a link to an app called shop downloaded if you don t have it so I did and the only thing that was showing me IN the app it was the same receipt that i had in my email UPDATE I got the owl 4 days after posting this review great product i just wish the puzzles where larger and more pieces

Got my money refunded two times so really I wondered if unidragon is a Scam unidragon your service is poor atm - you don t really read what customers write to you do you Please do yourself a favor and hire professional sales service people I am sure the scam-entries will then disappear Thats why you get only 4 stars This time Why 4 stars now you may ask Heres why - and this goes out to all of you unidragon eu puzzles are pure art cute awesome The unpacking seems like opening a new iPhone the wood-box with its little perfectly cut colorful puzzle pieces in it - each one of them a small work of art Plus the one small wood-dragon from the logo cuddling a puzzle So lovely Fact Order at unidragon eu and hope they have trained their personnel about whats customer care wait a few days ultra-fast shipping from Samara Russia and you will receive a puzzle you and your loved ones have never seen before Just one thing left to say I did order Alluring Fox M Mysterious Lion L PS double-check the domain unidragon eu for Europe - only the original may be save for order

Complete honesty It took them almost 3 months to deliver my puzzles I was in contact with support at least once every 2 weeks for about 1 5 months For the longest time it seemed like it was a scam and that they were just stalling I had a total of 4 tracking numbers 3 for DHL who never picked up the package probably Unidragon s fault One for GLS which turned out to not be my tracking number All very frustrating but in the end they delivered I think part of the trouble with the shipping of my order was them getting the hang of Domestic Shipping in EU I hope and believe that they will do better in the future

When I first ordered the product there were several issues with the postage as it was not a UK-based company After a few months waiting for the package that never came they made a partial refund we lost money on the exchange rate They recently contacted me as they have now opened a UK branch and they were able to provide me with a Puzzle I have updated this review originally 1 star as I have now received and tested the product and it is of a very high quality standard I believe everyone deserves a second chance and now that they have resolved the main issue which was the inability to provide the product to UK buyers I believe they deserve a higher score given the product is of a very good standard and they cared enough about me as a customer to make amendments for their previous failures I will very likely buy more puzzles as I really like the one I received The product alone deserves a 5 rating but I decided to mark 4 as I can t completely disregard it took a long time to fix the issue But as a new buyer in the UK I believe you should be fine

I ordered one for a present Overall - great quality poor delivery process The delivery terms and conditions mentioned in their website was not correct at all Due to the delay I was not able to give the present on the birthdate as planned

The product is EXCELLENT Definitely a huge but very fulfilling challenge I just wish the pieces would fit amd STAY together better while you are working on it We had to help ourselves with tape to keep the shapes together Otherwise it is a wonderful gift and lots of fun to learn

Overall my experience was positive I ordered a puzzle from Unidragon however only after that did I check TrustPilot and saw various issues with regards to delivery to the UK So I got in contact to ask about a tracking number and they said there were currently delays going to the UK As this was to be a gift I chose to cancel my order and they provided a full refund within a day I can t attest to product quality but my interaction with them has been very good It would have saved some time if it had said on the website itself regarding delays to the UK though

I actually really love Unidragon puzzles but theyre not creating beautiful puzzles anymore Ive been getting emails for new puzzles and theyre all terrible Their latest one is a plain black and white although challenging puzzle it s ugly There was one that was japanese the great wave which is also plain and ugly The other ones are meant for kids Dont see myself buying from them anymore since theyre going down hill in their creations The new puzzles also have a flat straight edge instead of the beautifully shaped edges of previous puzzles Unidragon s unique beautiful puzzles is what drew me in and now theyre unfortunately going in a plain ugly direction
