I m working with this company since a few years ago without any problem but one day after buying a license I found a few unauthorized charges on my bank account about 260 Fortunately I recovered those charges after canceling my credit card A few weeks later I bought a new license through a computer with Ubuntu and oh surprise I found again new charges on my new credit card Checking the purchasing process from the web of uniq software my antivirus Kaspersky advised me that the paymentpage had a trojan virus I advised about it to uniq software who told me that the web would be checked A few weeks later I tried to buy a new license and Kaspersky advised me again about the same security problem the website still with the trojan virus so I advised again to uniq about it who told me that their website was ok that it was a problem with kaspersky Due to this answer I asked to Kaspersky to check the website and they confirmed me thta the paymen process had a virus so I informed againt to uniq who repeat me the same anser So I decided to try with another antivirus avast Result Avast advised me that the website is infected so it is not a Kaspersky problem with they website but a problem with 2 antivirus Of course I told again to uniq the result of my test and today 07 15 2022 te website still infected as per KasperskyHas anybody have some problem or has detected any problem as described

I bought 2 licensees of windows server Two-week later licensees don t work I request support they say that windows block the licensees I lost 200 USD I advised you spent better your money

Brought multiple Office perpetual licences that are now blocked by Microsoft contacted Uniq Software via their support portal and webpage and no response complete SCAM avoid using at all costs

BUYER BEWARE Do not purchase from this company - their keys don t work for life and when they do they come up with the most pathetic excuses as to why they can t get your keys re-activated working DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS

Really bad Do not buy from them unless you are willing to gamble Like most I bought Office 2016 from them because of a great price and their assurance that they are linked to Microsoft The software worked for about 10 months However a Microsoft update resulted in it being uninstalled from my PC and replaced with Office 365 but it was a trial version so was not good After a long time spent trouble shooting which included uninstalling all copies using control panel and Microsofts tool to remove all traces of any Office as well as the trace info using the command line approach I re-installed Office 2016 and using the original Product Key the activation failed I called UNIQ and got very poor help from them just a whole lot of inconsistent advice but basically saying that I need to buy another Product Key from them with excuses like I haven t uninstalled it correctly I cannot re-install in cases where the hard disc fails etc All their advice is opposite to what Microsoft have advised and they kept changing their reasons depending on what question I asked They are total BS I now have a similar issue with Office 2019 which I had recommended to a relative Same BS rationale and no support or resolution It seems that once you have installed the product and it works that UNIQ wash their hands of any subsequent problem and just get you to contact Microsoft but Microsoft on their auto phone message and their auto texts just direct you back to the retailer

Initially 5 stars - now 1 star Purchased Office 2019 Pro Plus software downloaded all went perfectly 8 months later needed to reinstall software due to replacing c-drive Looked at FAQs BIG MISTAKE Simply says Uninstall reinstall if replacing computer Just reinstall if computer is broken So I did this but activation code would not work Tried phoning Microsoft automatic verification Not accepted THIS ADVICE IS TOTALLY WRONG You must DEACTIVATE the software FIRST to do that you have to go into the computer registry - not something anyone without excellent computer knowledge should ever do My computer boffins who were trying to help me were HORRIFIED that anyone should be told over chat to do that When I finally contacted UniqSoftware via chat phone line on hold for 10 mins then cut me off I was told I should have deactivated it before uninstalling When I queried why it didn t say that on the FAQs I was told there wasn t room to give detailed info So why not just say in FAQs If you need to reinstall you must contact support That doesn t take up room does it And that would be honest No other help given apart from that I should have read the full Ts Cs from Microsoft where in tiny letters about 30 pages down OK I exaggerate but honestly who scrolls through pages of Ts Cs it allegedly says it has to be deactivated before reinstalling How do you do that if your computer has crashed died Good customer service would have offered me another activation code would promise to change their FAQs Did I get that NO AVOID if you ever ever need to reinstall the software from them Unfortunately I ve now had to buy but definitely NOT from UniqSoftware replacement software direct from Microsoft as I don t feel I can trust even authorised sellers I will be contacting Microsoft as well to relay my very poor experience with UniqSoftware UPDATE 09 11 23What a company Takes 3 MONTHS to reply to my critical review Still definitely not impressed They have re-done their website the FAQs are now very limited with no instructions for reinstalling Better than nothing I suppose

When one life time license is not working because you had to reinstall the program they refuse to answer for it is the same program same license but not working in top of that some of them ask you to give them a 5 stars review in order to try to help you with your problem Not buying here anymore

Deseo dejar esta rese a para que otro comprador no sufra las misma experiencias negativas que tuve yo He adquirido en varias oportunidades paquetes de 10 licencias de Office 2019 no las activo todas en el momento a medida que voy necesitando las activo pueden pasar algunos meses entre la compra y las activaciones Las licencia que activo inmediatamente no tengo problema pero las que dejo para mas adelante dan el error Producto no valido y no puedo utilizarlas mas Al hacer el reclamo el soporte me realiza varias preguntas y termina dici ndome en todos los casos que lamentablemente no pueden ayudarme por haber pasado el mes de garant a Tengo mis serias dudas de la procedencia de estas licencias pero eso lo dejo librado a la imaginaci n de cada usuario Tengan cuidado no todo lo que brilla es oro I want to leave this review so that another buyer does not go through the same negative experiences I had I have purchased packages of 10 Office 2019 licenses on several occasions I don t activate all of them immediately I activate them as needed and there can be several months between the purchase and the activations The licenses I activate immediately pose no problem but those I leave for later display the error Product not valid and I cannot use them anymore When I file a complaint the support team asks me several questions and ends up telling me in all cases that unfortunately they cannot assist me because the warranty period has passed I have serious doubts about the origin of these licenses but I leave that to the imagination of each user Be careful not everything that glitters is gold
