I was attended by Franco He tried his best but he couldn t explain me why can t I use Mercado Pago as a payment method Also only after 24 hours my payment was registered

The activation code I was given did not work so I needed help I was directed to activate on the phone this was long a complicated process Unfortunate process to have to go through I was not given any other option by the support operator Successful outcome in activation at the end but I was hoping for more proactive support

The support guy was ok 4 5 to him but my calification overall points more to the fact that this kind of trouble shouldn t happen You could have a better control of the activation Keys assigned to your customers

Brought win xp from the web working but not much useful couldn t surf the internet

I guess I am a bit upset with my last orders from UNIQ I was asked to build a new PC for a friend of mine The complication was that they wanted a Home Theater case So I ordered the gear from a previous supplier knowing they were waiting for stock At the same time I placed and bought from UNIQ Win11 o s and Office 2021 lifetime My understanding was that the purchase was guaranteed for 90 days But NO I misunderstood what they advertised After the PC gear was delivered the software would not activate said the keys were already used to many times So chatted with UNIQ They explained that I should have used the activation within 30 days They gave me a new license for the O S but refused for the Office I feel I was a bit conned Of course when one is pushed with cost then one does some research So I found another supplier for the Office 2021 lifetime at a 20 lower price Thank you getrenewedtech com They too are on Trustpilot I won t abandon UNIQ as they have done wonderful jobs for me in the past
