Amazing team I went through a different site to be able to have my well trained and well behaved dog live in an apartment with me and have had nothing but headaches getting the documentation necessary One call to United Support Animals and in less than 4 hours I was able to speak with a licensed health professional and get the documentation completed that I desperately needed Thank you so much to Ben and Dr Jack P s they were 60 cheaper than the very unhelpful site I paid for prior to finding United Service Animals

The process of getting my dog registered was made easy and quick I got approved within 1 day and the therapist made my conversation effortless especially due to my anxiety I thought I would have to jump through hoops but united support animals made it so easy on someone who had multiple mental health issues Highly recommend My items came quickly except the items that were on back order like the leash and one other item but in there package they do inform you that the items not received are on back order and will ship when they have it So it takes the worry out of thinking you didn t get a certain item Wonderful experience

The company answered all my questions and were very friendly also over the phone The call with their team care Dr s made it a fast call process less then like a few hours of me paying them for the service I requested for the ESA letter The company is very friendly and explained everything over the phone and answered all my questions that I had The serive is highly recommended and by the way I have a bearded dragon that they did my ESA letter for So yes they do it for reptiles also It s very easy and I love this company You will not be disappointed even the photo ID of my toothless bearded dragon was awesome and super easy to submit
