Not the quality I was expecting

Ordered a long cardigan looked lovely in the video picture delivery was fast can t fault the delivery at all however the quality of the cardigan was pretty bad and the finishing of it inside was terrible it actually looked as thou a label had been cut from it not worth what I paid Shame as I really liked it it s only fit for running to the shops or lounging about the house

I paid for next day delivery ordered with in the time frame arrived 2 days later I returned the item messaged and emailed as the delivery was sent to a collection point as the receiver was not in 1 week later still no reply

Really bad quality

The item was purchased shipped that day and literally came the next day so no issues there but the quality of the clothing was not very good at all the dress was just finished with what s looked like someone had just cut the material with scissors and I paid 42 for this I wouldn t mind so much if it was cheaper but reduced from 50 as well I brought this for Xmas but very disappointed in the quality For all you ladies buying the gold sequin dress which is constantly sold out do not purchase its not good

Damaged goods No reply

I brought two loungewear sets totalling just under 100 Tbh when they arrived they were absolutely gorgeous but when I tried on one of them they had a massive hole under the armpit I messaged them on instagram and they replied and asked me to send back at my own cost which I did It s been a week and I ve sent 3 messages and got no reply All whilst they re still uploading good to sell I didn t want a refund I wanted a replacement set as I loved it I waited so long to treat myself and 100 for 2 sets isn t exactly cheap It s now the 25th Jan and still no exchange or refund Not worth the hassle

Not for me

Shorts were too tight round my ever expanding waist and the top was far too big The collar didn t sit well on me either so I have sent all back although no response yet

I haven t received the order

I haven t received the order or a reply to my email asking why the Royal Mail tracking wasn t working This is the 1st time I ve ordered from this company a bit hesitant to order again until I receive the order

A little disappointed the outfit was

A little disappointed the outfit was lovely but when arrived had a hole around the waist band and threads hanging in all different places Had to pay to get it stitched as I did have time to send it back and replaced Otherwise delivery was quick and outfit style was lovely just poor quality
