Nice clothes but not a fast service

Was scared to order from here after going through the reviews i was expecting a quicker delivery but Recieved 10 days after purchase really loved the jeans i saw but was put of by so many people saying the sizing were small and they had to return so i upped a size and got them in a 12 instead of 10 and glad i did they fit nicely and have a bit of stretch but they arrived with a stain on which im hoping will wash out they have a nice range of clothes but im not sure if i will continue to order as theres so many bad reviews on returning items and with the sizing being off i dont think i will risk it as going through returns sounds a nightmare

Ordered the multi sequin dress yes the fabric is a net edge which looks like it s not finished but this is the style of the cut so good quality unfortunately they sent the beige so will return emailed to let them know their mistake they replied almost immediately just a pity the wrong colour arrived as the dress is beautiful hopefully refund will go ok as I have never ordered from this company

Ordered the Amy 2 Piece

Ordered the Amy 2 Piece delivered within 2days but there was NO shorts in the parcel and the shirt was huge it came down to my knees I am a size 10 and stand at 5 7 I don t understand how they can sell this as one size 6-16 beautifully made but very disappointed

Nice summer dress for holiday Not sure how long the quality of the dress will last for thou Took a week to receive and after emailing them they did try and resolve the issue i had with their royal mail tracking link

Bodysuit cardigan

Fairly quick delivery all packaged well Bodysuit was extremely short in the body which was a shame as it s a lovely fabric looked nice otherwise The longline cardigan was lovely

I have been waiting for my order for weeks I m very disappointed I have contacted urban peaches but keep getting the same reply which is not helpful Hopefully I will receive my items soon I feel like I won t order again

Long wait for order item not as described

The order took awhile to arrive with no correspondence on when it had been shipped or sent out for delivery The item is described as one size however the pants to the set I got were up my ankle So I can only wear the top

Poor Delivery Service

I was torn between giving 2 or 3 stars but I decided on 3 because the product quality is excellent it s the service that has let this company down I ve ordered several items from this company before and their delivery was always reliable Unfortunately my last two orders have been a completely different story I paid for delivery that promised to take 3-7 days yet both times I ended up waiting almost 2 weeks for my items to arrive Each time I received an email saying my order had shipped but when I tracked it Royal Mail just said We are expecting your parcel and it stayed that way for quite a while It s really disappointing because the products are lovely but after these last two experiences I m hesitant to place another order
