I made an order 3 weeks ago Was dispatched the following day Royal mail tracking states they are still expecting it I have sent 3 web forms asking where item is and sent 3 emails no one at urban peaches has responded I have written on post on Instagram and still no reply or contact

Terrible company

Terrible company ordered 3 items and recieved none they ignore all emails and messages until i bomb barreded their page with negative comments to which they replied saying items out of stock so there is a delay If thats the case why does the tracking say you have dispatched it to royal mail Worst company i ve had the misfortune of dealing with

Avoid

Ordered and money was taken Got an email confirming order which said standard shipping 3 to 7 days and I d be sent an email confirming when it had been shipped 1 week later still hadn t received an email to confirm it had been shipped so I emailed them sent another email 2 days later but again no response even though items being advertised on social media Sent a message through Facebook The next day I got a response to say items were out of stock when I placed my order but were now back in stock - this is after i asked for a refund and said if no response I d take it further My items eventually arrived 12 days after order which isn t too bad compared to others but their customer service is bad - people shouldn t have to chase orders or responses Don t take people money if items out of stock

No customer service

No customer serviceI ordered a dress and blazer Only the dress arrived I emailed stating part of my order was missing I had a response a few days later apologising and that the blazer will be sent immediately I still haven t received the blazer this was 3 weeks ago I also sent the dress back for a refund had no refund or notification it is on its way I have emailed several times and tried contacting on instagram with no response I have paid 84 for 2 items and nothing to show for it Really frustrated and disappointedHave since read other reviews about the company and appears my experience with urban peaches isn t uncommon Really frustrated Wouldn t trust or recommend

No order received and no response from urban peaches

I placed an order 22nd October 2024 still not received my order Evri told me it been delivered but it was getting delivered by Royal Mail Royal Mail still waiting for my parcel from urban peaches I ve emailed message and instagram them no answer This company is a absolute scam don t order from them

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish If you have a issue with your order they completely ignore and you constantly have to chase them You will get a response eventually that they are busy after watching them constantly posting themselves all over the place with new stock so they are online just ignoring youThey will take your money for items they dont actually have in stock AVOID AVOID

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

AVOID this company Do not order from this company I received my order but it did not fit so I returned to the address as told I used post office and had tracking number etc at a further cost to me It was returned weeks ago but they are ignoring all my emails FB post and direct messages and will not return my money I wish I had read the awful reviews before buying unacceptableNow in December and still not had my money returned

Scam Avoid

Ordered on 19th October was due delivery between 2-5 days later chased up multiple times via email via website instagram etc all ignored - no responses Have commented on instagram posts that are still being uploaded via the company as have others I ve spoken to via there all comments have been removed Tracking says Royal Mail expecting which it has done since 21st so it s obviously a lie Avoid the Scammy company Now struggling to get a refund as they are ignoring all contact from me
