Lost Package and Disappointing

Lost Package and Disappointing Support I purchased a phone case from US and unfortunately encountered a disheartening experience The package which was supposed to contain the protective case for my phone was inexplicably lost in transit What added to the frustration was the lack of effective support from the company Despite my attempts to seek assistance the customer support was unhelpful and failed to provide a satisfactory resolution This incident has left me not only without the product I paid for but also deeply dissatisfied with the customer service Losing a package can happen but the absence of proactive and supportive assistance to rectify the situation is disappointing Regrettably I expected more from US and hope they can improve their customer service to prevent such occurrences for others in the future

Horrid Shipping times was absolutely way too long Product quality It falls apart in about a week or two from usage NEVER BUY FROM THEM

Scam

I ordered a case a month ago and haven t received it yet I ve reached out multiple times via email and their chat box and no one has got back to me Their phone number doesn t work I dm d them on insta No refund no product no contact Absoulute scam

Trashy devil case

Got the devil case after one week one horn fell off and after I removed the case I saw that the screw burned itself into my phone There are also already scratches on the case The only good thing is they gave me the money back but I still had to pay for customs I also can t write a review on the website

Same as the rest of the reviews here Seems to be a scam No reply DHL are terrible too only provide a DHL chargeable number after you already pay for shipping See some logic anywhere

Cracks show as not advertised via website these cracks get worse over time

Would never recommend this company to

Would never recommend this company to anyone Took 2 months for my cases to arrive Then one of them is faulty I contacted the company and no response until I left my honest review of them which was not to their advantage - then they contacted me and told me to film the faulty case with my phone Only issue is my phone needs to be in the case in order for me to show the issue so then they ask me to borrow a family or friends phone to film the issue making this such an unnecessary part of my refund process with them when it s my legal right to have a minimum of 14 days to refund ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS A FAULTY PIECE They are an absolute scam company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

FRAUD

I haven t received my case for 3 weeks and they don t answer my emails they have terrible customer service and in their policies they don t say the actual time it will take to arrive if it arrives at all DONT BUY HERE ITS FRAUD

I never received my order and the

I never received my order and the tracking system they gave me stopped updating after it shipped out of the US so I have completely unaware that the package have arrived in my country due to incorrect information and they didn t mention my contact number on the package So they send it back to the US I asked for a refund however the customer service was not giving me any useful replies By the end I didn t receive anything and still paying for the puffer case

Waiting a month nothing has shipping out Took payment never shipped case and does not respond to emails Keep getting a generic email about receiving my email Cannot get any information on status I am left to fight the charge on my CC
