Moving DO NOT USE this company They change prices came 3 weeks late with other people s items mixed in tried to overcharge my elderly Aunt and Uncle Plus broke a ton of their belongings This whole company needs shut down

This company is scam They are not a moving company they are brokers for a moving company They will quote you a price based on how much stuff you have then when the movers come which will be a independent moving company They will up charge you on price based on cubic feet They charge me extra 2000 I waited a month to receive my stuff also it was only 1 mover that came my wife had to help him move some of the heavy stuff

I would give this company 0 stars if possible I spoke to a man named James for over an hour and went through the entire contents of my house that needed to be moved He made me feel all warm and fuzzy about the move and told me that they overestimate so that there is no way that a mover shows up and we have to pay more their goal is for us to pay less The mover they sent us showed up with no communication and immediately looked at our things and said this is going to cost you several thousand more When all said and done we had to leave many items behind and the truck that showed up was way too small for all of the items quoted by Concord The customer service team atcord is worse than a joke and was no help from the awful day of the move or after We have items we wont get back items we have to personally go back and get and we still paid over 3k more than quoted Please Run dont walk away from this scam rip off company

This company is a scam and unprofessional They told me a certain price and said I had plenty of space on the truck The pickup was 2 days late and I was supposed to move out the 2 days before My landlord worked with me and let me stay the extra 2 days My wife missed her interview for a nice job because of the delay When they arrived they quickly looked at my at my two TV s small table and said we were over our shipping space They wanted to charge us an extra 1200 dollars That dipped into are budget to go back home We were extremely disappointed We still are trying to get some of our money back but they are full of excuses and said they haven t gotten any paperwork after 3 weeks They were 2 days late with our shipment as well

A complete and total shakedown They do everything people warn you not to do w movers Classic scam First they asked for a large down payment Then the sub contracted the work The moving company showed up a day late and after loading the truck asked for a 3000 payment via eCheck Zelle or cash or threatened to impound the items Then after the 3000 was paid they informed us it would be 750 more b c it weighed more Now they want us to pay an additional 3750 before or they aren t going to come bring it And they asked if WE HAD PEOPLE HIRED TO UNLOAD IT can t make it up

If I could leave zero stars I would In summary I ll be pursuing legal action for their breach of contract This is an unethical and unscrupulous company stay far far away On the day of my move the third-party movers cancelled after trying to liaise with Concorde Van lines who were too difficult for them to work with I had multiple conversations with customer service reps that evening until eventually they stopped answering my calls The next morning they confirmed that the cancellation was not my fault and that my full refund of almost 800 would be returned I was still without movers and had to frantically find an alternative solution immediately I have now been waiting over six weeks and was informed today that upon further investigation we found that you refused service and they won t be reissuing my refund I presume my number is blocked from their customer service because no one answers and my emails are also going unanswered
