Honestly I had every intention of giving this company a 5 star review I purchased a 2017 Nissan Sentra transmission My dealings with Sam were seamless he responded to my emails and phone calls quickly answered all my questions The delivery was simple it came to my home because I was not sure on the mechanic when we ordered it Then a couple months pass and I get your typical how was our service please write a review phone call Until I was harassed to stop making my family dinner to write a review I was polite and said I was cutting chicken and trying to feed my 4 kids on a school night we have to do things in a timely manner Then he called me the next day I said I was in walmart shopping I had to check out I would try to get to it later I was pushed to stop what I was doing and tahe 30 seconds to write a quick review in the line at Walmart I have 4 kids I am in school my husband works 14 hour days I understand needing reviews to grow a company but this is ridiclious I have 13 phone calls in the last 6 days all to ask me to drop my life and write a review So here I am the last straw I stopped folding my laundry and making my family dinner to write my review because in under 60 seconds I have 3 calls from them to ask me to write this

I ordered a 93k mile transmission looked at the tag on the transmission and it said 259k original miles Wasn t too happy about it but all and all they were still super nice about it and they did apologize for the mistake Just a lack a communication on their end This is kind of the reason why I usually buy local

5 4 3 valve engine
Engine was fair although timing chain and guides were no good I d recommend getting a new engine versus used due to warranty process if you need a 5 4 3 valve The 5 4 engine is problematic due to timing issues and the ford timing kit alone is 1 000 00 by the time you add this with cost you can buy a reman engine Customer service and support was great shipping was fast Just read the warranty good before you purchase This review is based solely on the 5 4 3 valve engine
