This companies service is an absolute disgrace its not possible to speak to anyone and all the numbers on the website are dead The parent company is stated on the website as Bumboom Limited yet this company is in the process of being dissolved at companies house I ordered calendars before Christmas and the initial comms were fine hence proceeding Its 4th January and nothing received date promised was on or before 23rd December Avoid this company like the plauge as they are clearly a scam - very disappointing - I am now demanding my money back - but wont hold my breath as I guess its very unlikely

Constant email marketing that I have not requested I have emailed them asking to be removed from their database as it says at the bottom of their countless emails but that has obviously been ignored Emails from Joyce Smith Diana Davies Owen Cooper Matt Brown Stanley Jones the list is endless Sort out your marketing if you are indeed using Mailchimp use the unsubscribe button

Please avoid this company My order has not arrived and after chasing 5 days later the team sat in a meeting to discuss the issue I have asked for a refund many times and being told that my order is processed even though I don t have it The worst of it all is that my email address is wrong on the leaflets and due to pressure I approved it the company took my funds the same day and continue to refuse yo change the email address - which speak volumes to me The company keep saying the order has been processed and printed - again it s very difficult to believe for an order I don t have I will be returning the order the company are gaslighting me by saying I m changing my mind over the email address again this is not the case my concern is that the company didn t even know my order was delivered or not and I ve had to chase it I still don t have a tracking order number I will be applying to a small claims court as the company is also showing on companies house as seizing trading since 2019 People please avoid them I will release my text message trail from yesterday dependent on the companies response to my negative review As of the 23rd March 2023 the leaflets are 2 weeks late I ve messaged them today and no response They can t even provide a tracking number Can you please advise why you are operating from a company which is dissolved

This company is a complete SCAM They do not offer legitimate printing services They send spam emails daily under different umbrella companies UK Printing Services Premium Printing I have contacted many times requesting that they unsubscribe me from their emails I have also called the call centre number and ask to speak to those sending emails - no joy and always promised my email will be removed It never is Thankfully they have received no business from me but let it be a warning to those considering them I expect their online reviews are completely bogus UPDATED REVIEW After reading the Director s response I can absolutely confirm that there is no way to unsubscribe from any of their marketing emails One email just has sent by mailchimp No option to unsubscribe This is seriously poor practice and this blatant lie in his response is only further testimony to the fact this is a scam organisation For each email I receive I will post a review like this until they stop

Hello Me again You keep sending me crappy emails and I have asked repeatedly that you stop emailing me This time from Supertradeprint another crappy subsidiary of Uthara Print I have called and emailed including the CEO very loose term who to be honest is about as much use as a chocolate fireguard Honestly its so painfully obviously this is a scam organisation - I cannot see how anyone would ever do business with them Interestingly TrustPilot have actually added a yellow label to their listing highlighting that they have identified the reviews are suspect and they are misusing the site SCAM SCAM SCAM As I mentioned before I will continue to post a negative review until you remove us from your marketing list - which being realistic is probably a bunch of postit notes scribbled in biro

Received an unsolicited email from this Company today asking me to review my recent business with them on TrustPilot - absolutely AMAZED since I am currently in dispute with them Ordered menu cards and table place settings for a black tie dinner and dance four weeks in advance of the event Artwork for menu cards completed myself and provided as a PDF for printing Table place setting proof returned as an A4 place mat I duly provided them an example template for a table place setting however final product eventually delivered in a business card format and therefore not appropriate for my event Four weeks from the initial contact promised delivery date for both items chased on three separate occasions until the day prior to the planned event after numerous phone calls I was provided a tracking number for what turned out to be for the delivery of the table place settings Transpires Parcel Force were unable to deliver due to an insufficient address on the delivery label and returned to the local post office Similar issue with the menu cards DPD being unable to deliver due to the the incorrect address label and therefore returned to their depot Nine days after the event still awaiting delivery of the menu cards As they were dated and event specific these are of no longer any use to me I spent the following morning the day of the event printing both menu cards and table place settings for 168 guests at significant additional cost Managed to retreive the table place setting delivery from the local post office address label had no house number and no street name just Town and Post Code hence the insufficient address The same applied to the menu cards address label After numerous emails with the Company where I have requested a refund the Company has insisted the fault is mine in that I that failed to check the iinvoice properly and accepts no responsibility for their own in house administrative error They have however offered a discount on future orders which in my opinion is unacceptable as I have no guarantee or confidence this will not happen again in the future Their overall standard of service and customer care is poor I will not be using the again Just to reiterate this review is a direct response to the Company s request for the sameResponse from Company to this review complete rubbish and fabication Convinced now Will definitely not be using the Company again

Received another unsolicited email from this Company today under the subject of A4 Letterheads and addressed to a loyal customer Yesterday s review was responded to by the Company however they either do not recognise negative feedback when received or their internal administrative system if they have one choses to ignore anthing written on this site As an unhappy customer in dispute to receive a sales pitch within 24 hours of reviewing their poor performance is sadly laughable By coincidence I today recieved a package from DPD which turned out to be the long awaited menu cards from the Company As these were promised for a deadline of 13th May the menu cards being dated and event specific to receive them today 24th May is of no use to me whatsoever The Company was told this but sent them anyway incurring additional delivery charges but no doubt removing any obligation of a refund for which I have requested Also of interest the delivery address label on today s parcel is identical to the billing address on my original invoice and completely different from the fictitious one on the original undelivered items There again they claim I gave it to them anyway as if In light of the above I will not be using this Company again hoever will continue to review thier customer service on receipt of every email I receive from them in the future

More awful emails More terrible unsolicited emails breaching GDPR Have received countless emails from this company Clearly a scam organisation This time email is from a Jane Smith Totally bogus This is my third review of this scam operation their useless owner despite being emailed three times hasn t got the brains to remove me from marketing scam emails Don t waste your time or your money on what I fully suspect to be a scam They also appear to be writing their own reviews

Serial email spammers and their new domain they using for spam is company is gbprinting co uk they also use several other domain names which apparently cant be listed here as it would identify them and the email spam servers they use Truly a horrid company with such bad practices that even Trust pilot themselves had you post a notice on their profile stay away Dont try to unsubscribe as you wasting your time only letting them know that your mailbox is active I have attached a screenshot of their spam server directory for proof that these scumbags are one of the UK s biggest email spammers
