an awful company that relentlessly spams us they operate under the name of bumboom print Uthara Printcouk supertrade print I guru web design they refuse to remove us from their campaigns and fill up my companies inbox with unwanted spam emails offering print services that change emails every week and the format is always the same do not use them

Nothing but spam emails Avoid They just wont leave you alone They keep changing business names

Ordered 1000 business cards from Uthara Print I was asked to verily my order after sending them an exact copy of my business card They managed to only put 9 numbers down for my mobile and printed When I reported the fact to Peter Ruffus and pointed out 9 numbers instead of the standard 11 he wouldn t compromise and offered to reprint at a more expensive price than I d paid previously Absolute horror show with this company and I wouldn t recommend them to anyone Unprofessional poor customer care you have been warned

Confirmed my order in an incorrect format when I tried to address this on more than 5 occasions I was ignored I then recieved plenty of emails asking for reviews Wouldn t purchase again due to lack of comunicaition or accountability to replace with a correct leaflet

Back to their old tricks spamming random companies like mine who have never and will never purchase from them This lot really don t care at all

Prolific spammers Their latest being from info at uniqueprintuk co uk The Email sender IP resolves to a Morocco MA based company Maroc Telecom who most probably don t need to comply with EU anti-spam laws Even worse they KNOW they are doing this as typed in the bottom of their emails is Mail Delivered by- mailchimp com which is a complete lie Never do business with liars They don t care and this lot have no ethics what so ever

Update 04 08 21 Uthara say it s not them Maybe it is maybe it isn t Either way they ve taken ages to even respond to a 1-star review so upgraded it to a 2 They claim to be taking legal action against Divas Jain at printways co uk and I genuinely wish them the best Original review stated - More emails from Sarah at Digital Print Zone the deeper you dig you find it s these fools at Uthara I ve sent 5 emails asking to be removed from their database as there is no unsubscribe link like I ever subscribed to them in the first place nor any other opt-out options - all 5 ignored

You have done work for me before it has been good I have recently had some progress books made by yourselves I had sent you the pdf had them delivered they are unusable I am deeply saddened by this as they are important for my driving school instructors pupils Have tried to call email text with no response Very very poor service I had even recommended you to other people

There was an error in the delivery but it has been fully resolved They could use a call centre that speaks English to make service better though

We were a bit unsure as the website implies the company is based in Dorset but they are actually in India - and it seemed a bit dodgy to pretend otherwise The preference for phone payments worried us - particularly when they took the payment three times however they immediately responded to us to say there had been an error and refunded two of the payments and followed up to ensure that those had been processed and the printing was delivered far more quickly than I d anticipated and it s great quality for a very low price The emails since the order was placed explained the company s background in more detail they very much are India based and use the profits from the company to support local industries and football and cricket clubs in communities these are great selling points and I m still very confused about why this wouldn t be explained on the website with honesty about the location of the staff rather than any claim to be in Wimbourne Despite our concern we ended up very happy with the products and the customer service was quick and helpful One star lost for taking three payments one for not being honest up front about the company
