Wasted 200 and have nothing to wear
I had a really bad experience with uwowo I ordered a Keqing cosplay In the product description it said that size M was available and I ordered with no problems After some time I was told to wait two weeks because the size was not in stock I waited but they kept asking me to wait First two weeks then 7 more days a few more days etc etc I was going to use it for at cosplay con so I needed it ASAP When time was running out I asked to get a different costume Eula Because of the delay of many weeks I wanted express shipping but I had to pay extra for that even though it wasn t my fault with all the delays I paid extra and got the Eula costume et week later But it was way too small I used the size chart to order from and asked for assistance to choose the size But the chart was wrong and I will never be able to wear the costume Uwowo don t want to help even after all this I cannot make a dispute on the costume because it took so long for them to ship it It took me more than 2 months 200 to get a costume I can t wear and I will not have anything to wear for the convention The costume quality is nice but the service is so bad and you shouldn t trust the size chart

Genshin Impact Ganyu
I ordered both the shoes and cosplay for Genshin Impact Ganyu it took 2 months for the shoes to arrive When the shoes arrived the box was smashed and the shoes inside were only wrapped in plastic and no other protection for them The shoes were heavily deformed and were unwearable I immediately reached out to customer service and it took them 2 months to contact me regarding my complaint and that s only because I reached out again to them I paid over 40 for the shoes and they told me that I could only receive a 5 refund plus I had to pay for the shipping fee to return the shoes to them Oh and the pre order on the costume has been postponed for nearly 3 months now I m beyond fed up with the customer service as they are no help and their English is horrible I speak mandarin and they refused to just message me in mandarin Instead they used angry emoji faces at me in their emails This is my first and last time ordering from this company UPDATE The cosplay finally arrived and it is a decent cosplay unlike the horrible experience with the shoes which was never resolved btw I still stand by my word and will never order from this company again as it was a horrible experience overall I wish I could leave a review on their official Facebook page and or their website but unfortunately I can t and I see why they do this I highly doubt that their overall customer base is satisfied

TERRIBLE I ordered two cosplays in november from them and they never sent me anything I contacted them after a month and they made me pay twice for extra shipping even though it s not my fault Then they just decided 2 months later to not ship it Waste of money and time

Bait and Switch - Beware on pre-orders
I pre-ordered an item from Uwowo s aliexpress store They listed a free gift would be sent and the item would be mailed when it was in stock The free gift was a cheap metal necklace that arrived broken I contacted them about this and they demanded I mail back a broken necklace - the shipping to mail back the broken free gift would cost more than the original cosplay item They never sent the cosplay item I ordered and paid for Instead when I requested a refund they lied and used the tracking number of the piece of junk free gift they mailed to claim it was the pre-ordered item they never sent DO NOT order anything pre-order free gift with them I have never had any seller use such an underhanded tactic - sending an unwanted cheap free gift and then claiming that tracking number was the item is dishonest I had ordered several times from them before on their website store and never had an issue I have tried contacting them several times about this for a refund and they continue to change responses from denial to excuses to untruths They essentially stole my money and sent me a random piece of garbage I am so disappointed that they betrayed the trust I had in their store

Defective cosplay poor quality and no customer service
We ordered a cosplay of COLLEI Genshin Impact with the wig and the boots We had so much problems with it - Due to poor packaging the jewellery arrived broken - The wig was falling apart super cheap and shedding hair like crazy We had to order another one through Amazon - Not even after 3 hours one of the boots sole cracked and several buttons and pins required to hold the cosplay together started to fall off or pop out due to poor craftmanship - After only a few hours the stocking and the gloves started to wear out My 13 year old daughter had to go change into her normal clothes it was not even Noon the first day of the convention She was HEARTBROKEN We contacted Uwowo for compensation but like many other people said on this page there is no customer service whatsoever They did not apologize and told us to glue the cosplay back together and offered us 7 credit for the wig and a refund of 15 on a 235 cosplay right Otherwise we d have to send the costume back to them to China at our own cost I left a negative review on the cosplay page which was never published So Uwowo does control the reviews on their website so people will only see the good ones We previously ordered another cosplay from Uwowo with no issues But this was such a poor experience that we will never order from them again

This is about their shipping service The cosplays themselves are ok but I ve noticed the quality got worse over time I made a rather large order back in November 2020 on their black friday sale Today July 2021 I haven t received my order because production for a few items got delayed and others were out of stock This problem could ve EASILY been avoided if only they had reserved the items I PAID FOR Sounds obvious right Reserving items which customers paid for Not for uwowo They keep on shipping out items not caring if a customer is waiting 8 MONTHS for their order From now on I will only buy items im certain theyre in stock Pre sale is not worth it You save a measly few dollars but wait months in return Not recommended

Horrible customer service and outfit
I order the basic Original chocola cosplayWhen I got it it was used there was makeup stains all over it and the outside was faded and felt dirty The buttons already started to fall out the second time wearing the cosplay and the ears were terrible they were very uneven and one wouldn t even stay up it was the floppiest ear ever After I brought up these issues all they said was wash it and that they can t do a return or a refund and the more I complain they offered me 5 back I never got the 5 back if you were wondering SAD THING IS THATS NOT EVEN 5 BACK Then with more fighting they said all they can do is send me a new cosplay IF I BUY ANOTHER COSPLAY I would have to play full price and shipping for this garbage

Awful quality
Awful quality i have ordered Kokomi bride cosplay that cost me around 150 Once received it was very cute on the outside and had a lot of details However 1 most pearls fell out after me just trying it on 2 thighs don t stay in place and fall there is no way to make them stay 3 gloves are impossible to wear since they re very warm and stick to the skin Customer service is also awful I have canceled an order but I still didn t get my money back I won t be ordering again this website is very bad and unprofessional

Awful customer service and no item received
I ordered a cosplay at the beginning of April with delivery guaranteed within 4 weeks 10 weeks later and the tracking reference is still showing it in China I tried reaching out to the company but received no responses I finally put a PayPal claim through and low and behold I had an email from them the next day asking me to wait until the end of the month and to cancel my dispute with PayPal I told them no and PayPal closed the case in my favour and refunded the money If you really just order from here definitely use PayPal to cover yourself
