Gilbert and Dorian just delivered my Pebble couch and I could not be any more happy They were quick efficient and so friendly They made sure to give me a 15 min curiosity call before arriving and the entire process including the email reminders and shopping was perfect Thank you all for our new couch

I was nervous after reading reviews saying the Feathers Sofa never arrived but decided to go for it after I saw that those reviews tended to be old and that more recently everything was going fine I m very happy with my decision The company was very good at keeping me informed of each step of the shipment from the moment I made my order via text and a tracking number with detailed info The sofa arrived in perfect condition It s so very comfortable plush and also with soft fabric I considered dozens of sofas and think I couldn t have done better especially for the price Something I especially appreciate is that they detail the size of the enormous boxes on the website I have a narrow door and a bend in my hallway but measured and knew ahead of time the boxes would fit My advice is don t worry about the old negative reviews

Thrilled with our purchase of the Feathers Sectional from Valyou We were nervous about ordering a couch online that we haven t sat in to assess comfort but SO WORTH IT The service was incredible despite shipping delays happens and the delivery drivers Ralphy and Brian from the NJ warehouse we re awesome and more than helpful

I live on a fifth floor walkup in NYC and getting anything up there let alone a 110 inch feathers sectional couch is quite difficult Daniel and Juan were excellent and delivered the sofa with extreme care in a timely manner The couch itself is amazing and worth every penny
