I have owned a Vanguard tripod VT-432 for many years It has performed well throughout Recently I needed to purchase a new quick release plate and despite the actual part number being unavailable a representative of Customer Services was able to advise of a suitable alternative

Another great experience

Recently bought a Divider Bag 46 via Amazon having had good experience with smaller hard cases in the past Really great to be able to buy a so configurable lightweight bag by itself not just in a hard shell Good range of 4 difference length dividers with hook and loop fastening Would ve liked the interior fabric a little more fixed to the body of the wall but really a minor niggle on a great product Would be nice to see a divider kit product but to be honest once I had configured mine for the equipment I wanted to store in it I had a stack of unused dividers It is a little flimsy outside of a hard case but if you always zip it up before picking it up by the very well stitched handle it s perfectly fine Great experiences in the past with two other Vanguard products

Bought a camera backpack VEO adapter

Bought a camera backpack VEO adapter R48 at the Photography Exhibition at the NEC and it was delivered very quickly thereafter The bag is great and very good quality for the price but the tripod attachment lets it down a bit and I ve subsequently lost the loose strap I did feed back my opinion to them and someone actually phoned to discuss looking forward to seeing a redesigned tripod attachment point

I bought a Vanguard ALTA Pro 2 in June 2020 via Amazon After infrequent use a leg twist-lock broke and the leg fell off I contacted Vanguard World UK to seek a spare part or some other form of help In brief I received a brand new replacement the latest VEO 3 263CT with possibly the best build quality It looks like I am joining the chorus of praise on customer service but it is justified Neil Allen the customer service contact was extremely polite and helpful This is aftersales support at its best

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I recently had an issue with a wheel on my ALTA Fly 55T wheeled camera backpack A stone had got jammed within one wheel as a result the wheel was not turning The whee became distorted and flattened making the use of the bag a bit of a chore So I got hold of their sales team explained everything to them and requested a replacement wheel that I could fit myself the bag was just under 3 months old Unfortunately they don not supply replacement wheels but due to the circumstances involved they supplied me with a new bag something I truly was not expecting From start to finish their service has been amazing and I have NO HESITATION in recommending them Thanks Vanguard
