Pleasant experience

It was a nice experience Started on time Staff were friendly and welcoming The photographer was amazing with suggestions based on the type of dresses The photos came out great One star removed because the make up did not last for more than 30mins Overall good experience Recommended

Had a fantastic day at vanity studio with my daughter and friends In a very relaxed atmosphere The staff made us feel very welcome while we had our nails hair and make up done The photo shoot was fun by a great photographer Most enjoyable experience with some fab picture to remember it by Thank you everyone at vanity Most enjoyable

Customer Service and Experience

Had great customer service All the employees were really friendly and offered beverages as we waited Highly recommend the hot chocolate The whole process can take some time depending on how many other clients are booked in and if things go over but nevertheless my experience was still an enjoyable one

We had a lovely afternoon Family shoot in the evening Everyone was really friendly happy to help and made as feel comfortable The shoot itself was great We have a toddler first time at a shoot the Photographer we great really friendly and understanding The quality of photo s and the backdrops and props were a perfect mix

Mother and Daughter Day

Mother and Daughter DayMy daughter and I had a lovely few hours at the Vanity Studio The staff were universally charming and friendly and made us very welcome and comfortable I loved the makeup tips and being showed how to use straightening tongs to get the effect I wanted for the photographs The coffee and Pinot Grigio were welcome additions to keep our energy up and it was an experience that we will enjoy remembering

Had a fun afternoon and got some lovely family shots Photographer was excellent fun and put us all at ease We enjoyed drinks and pampering Only feedback would be the photo packages are expensive but we were there for 5 hrs so it s an experience as well as having photos done which our teenagers really enjoyed

The fun relaxed atmosphere made it easier to be at ease relax for the shoot Staff had good customer service and attention to detail They listened to all our needs and wants but also advised The venue was beautiful aesthetically and welcoming The photographer was fun very easy going and soo good He took on board the natural not too poised photos that we wanted Thank you Choosing our photos was hard as they were all so good but staff helped with their suggestions Finally the icing on the cake It was my daughter s birthday Staff surprised her with cupcakes at the end It really made her birthday special Thank you

Made to feel special

The staff were wonderful we felt welcomed and enjoyed the coffee and prosecco while we waited Hair and make up were perfect I was worried I d feel like a clown with thick make up but it was totally natural looking The photographer made us feel relaxed and guided us into the most flattering poses for our Big Birthday Photo Shoot

Really great studio

Really great studio friendly professional staff and photographer Very happy with results Though I was waiting most of my time there it said it would take about three hours but I was there for 5 5 hours which was crazy so they should try to schedule it better
