Make up was not up to the mark Foundation applied didn t match skin tone n made us look darker than we were Doesn t seem to b studio make up at all Very disappointed as we travelled from cambridge for this Not worth money at all But photographer Danny was very good made us feel at ease n was quick too Though we completed the feedback It was mainly focusing on Angie n Danny n I remember pointing to Angie about make up n darker shade N was told it could be her system lighting But after coming home it still remained same I can share pics of photography n makeup we have done on our own to show difference N we r no professionals

The staff were friendly but there was too much hanging around Between the make up and the photo shoot we waited too long Everyone had their lunch together whilst we sat in the room doing nothing for over 30 minutes They should be able to do any make up for any theme

Very friendly staff Will always give you more to drink Would have been nice that all 3 of us had our hair make up and nails all done at the same time to enjoy the experience more Even though staff are friendly it was very much a money making conveyor belt People were waiting to have hair make up nails done Not enough seating for people waiting Customer experience could do with some tweaking but customer service great

Had problem with their method of payment Was waiting for a while for them to sort it out Kids were tired and hungry At the end the matter was not resolve had to pay the balance in full And it wasn t cheap Apart from that staff s are very nice and friendly and the photos are nice

The makeup hair and photography team on the day of the shoot were fantastic We spent a lot of money and selected many of the photos Unfortunately although we were told we would receive our photos within half an hour of paying and payment was immediate it took us several days and many emails and phonecalls to get the full set We did not get any apologies ir explanation from the studio

Photographer was great took his time then when you have to select and all was told pictures were already airbrushed but didn t think they were as compared to the first time I used VS the picture quality was a lot different it wasn t good quality not happy about that Got a discount tho but still had to send pictures to a professional to work on it Don t think I Will be going back

I had a session with my family on the 30th August People there were really kind the hair designer make up people Photographer he was ok although he was very in a hurry we had only two changes that was it Actually that was the main issue the time we went there We had the appointment 4 30 and everything was rushing I really didn t like that At the end we got the pics but I was not 100 percent happy either my family

This experience was good but I would not say it was great When entering we were told we were late and our appointment was for 1 00 when our confirmation email told us 1 30 which they seemed a little annoyed about but it ended up being okay I came with a friend and she absolutely loved her HMUA but mine on the other hand was quite rude and was upset when I asked her to change certain aspects of my makeup after the fact even though I was asking for what I had initially told her in the consultation She also was very aggressive when handling my hair and ended up doing my hair in tight curls all one direction so one half was facing into my face and the other outward I thought a professional HMUA would know to at least make the curls facing away from the face Overall I wish I had just done my HMU at home because I did not like any part of it and did not feel like I looked like myself at all I am the type to wear almost full glam every single day and seeing the natural orange hued makeup she put on me just looked horrible Our photographer was absolutely amazing he was patient with both of us as we wanted individual photos showed us a couple images at a time as he took them so we could decide what we liked versus what we wanted to change and he tested many different background colors until I found the one I liked I would come back again just for his professionalism and quality of work The assistant who reviewed our photos with us was AMAZING He was hilarious and thoughtful and was helping point out things in images we might not have noticed He never once made us feel rushed to leave and he was really helpful working out the right package for us Would also come back just for his knowledge expertise and a good laugh Was a bit disappointed we had to ask for the prosecco that was supposed to be included and when we finally got it we were told this would cut into our photography time The people who came in after us were offered it immediately so I don t understand how that was our fault when they never even offered us anything when we came in Overall it was an okay experience but again not great The only reason I came to this was because of a voucher for 60 off at a conference I definitely would not come again for the studio s full price unless I could guarantee I didn t have the same HMUA again It was a good one time experience but not worth the money for the experience

I was misled to believe that the physical photos were a part of the package

Positives I liked my photographer Matteo and Angie who helped me choose my photos Negatives Unfortunately I didn t feel the nice welcoming energy when I arrived there was no eye contact or hardly any smile I sat for 40 minutes without anyone telling me what to expect so I had to ask I took my nail varnish off at home thinking I d get something nicer but there wasn t much to choose from and it definitely felt awkwardly rushed with 1 coat only when I mentioned some of my previous nail varnish hadn t come off so it looked lumpy I just felt uncomfortable as I was told we won t see them in the photo anyway I felt my hair was rushed and again no conversation at all just awkward vibes I would have loved a 5 minute discussion about what could work well but I was asked if I had a photo that she could copy Maybe my expectations were a bit higher but I remember a previous Photoshoot in Oxford street was a real pampering and fun experience that made me feel good unfortunately here I just felt like a rush job with not much excitement For me it was a big deal and quite nerve wracking as the Photoshoot was for my new business website which is about to be promoted across London I wasn t asked which shades I would have preferred on my make up I just kept being told to keep my eyes and lips closed In choosing the photos I felt a bit rushed and actually regret purchasing the additional ones I would have wanted a better experience but at least I have a few decent photos
