I bought a voucher for the studio at Westfield london and booked the appointment for 22nd June I am getting some work done at home and the contractors have been constantly postponing the work and now my contractor has confirmed 22nd June I called the studio to reschedule and they say I have to pay another deposit of 200 I do understand that the artists are free lance and it is company policy but if I had a choice I wouldn t have to reschedule I have now had to cancel the appointment losing my initial deposit Very very disappointing 200 is a lot of money I am sure they are very good at their work but they also have to understand that sometimes customers have to reschedule last minute

Service and staffs are good but charges are too expensive this information charges details are not discussed before the photoshoot session I believe this should be discussed before the photoshoot so you know whether to proceed with the session or not

Make up artist was not of a high standard The make up was very poor Hair stylist took about 10 minutes but pleasant enough Nail varnish very messy Lots of waiting around Photographer was great lots of energy and spent time on his work Images were ok Out of 101 it was hard to find 10 that we liked Expected more according to the sales rep

Misleading prices when purchased vouchers Very disappointed with misleading advertising The advert said facial and hand massage included this was not the case The overall experience was poor There was a lot of pressure put on to purchase picture at the end of the shoot after explaining we did not have a big budget they continued to discuss expensive packages the minimum being 295 Would not recommend this to anyone The advert was very misleading

Extremely selective coldness towards customers too expensive and at the same time very mediocre photographers Never again

It s a shame as this was a present to my daughter We were asked to come early which we did but waited a long time for our make up which was done separately My make up girl was lovely So my daughter was left on her own then my hair was done Eventually my daughters make was done then her hair so I was on my own our make up and hair stylist were great I think they got the pairs muddled Basically it was unorganised Photos rushed then the bill I think it s better to tell people the price before hand as it was a ridiculous price Then to be told we couldn t just have our free digital as mother and daughter we had to have individual ones I feel conned and sad really So for me I would not recommend

The shots and everything was good but no one told us in advance that we d have to pay ridiculous amount of money especially that we re students The guy who promoted it at White City said the shoot was only 30 and when the company called to ask for 50 pp to secure deposit I was told I was going to get it back just for me to find out on the day after the shoot that 1 picture is 50 It s so ridiculous and in my opinion scammer trying to prey on young people I got the vibe that these people had already had their time in fashion either they got kicked out or are not longer in the circle because all their pictures shown were old I had really wish I done my research before all this because I was really disappointed

It was a birthday treat for me and my sister The receptionist and make-up ladies were proficient and friendly However the photographer s manner made it very clear that it was a chore to take my pictures being a plain overweight pensioner compared to my sister I do not like having my photo being taken but needed a professional portrait and it took a lot of courage to go He loved my sister s outfits and dismissed mine Whilst he obviously enjoyed and expressed how good the shots were with my sister the best he could say to me was no reflection from my spectacles or got the lighting right on my skin I was close to tears and even my sister was surprised that I did not walk out as he made feel so bad My sister s photos were stunning

I was offered a 60 voucher at Comic-Con which promised a pampering day including hair makeup nails drinks and a free picture Like many others I thought it was a fantastic deal and decided to book Upon scheduling I was informed that I would need to pay a 50 refundable deposit to secure my appointment and ensure punctuality which I was fine with When I arrived at the studio I was greeted warmly and offered a drink I arrived an hour early so I didn t mind waiting While I can t comment on the nail service since I had my nails done beforehand I can confidently say that the hair styling was rushed and lacked proper care I have dyed hair with a bleached undercut and after working hard to restore its health I was extremely disappointed with the lack of attention given to it The stylist didn t have the appropriate tools for my hair type and ultimately gave up halfway opting to curl my hair instead of creating the waves I had requested No heat protectant was used and as a result my blonde hair was damaged once again Moving on to the makeup I was pleasantly surprised I enjoy bold makeup looks and brought my own false lashes which turned out to be a good decision since I overheard another client being told they would need to pay extra for eyelashes The makeup artist did an incredible job executing the exact look I had requested which I hadn t expected since most of the other clients were receiving very natural looks Now onto the photoshoot experience itself I had a previous negative experience with a photoshoot that really affected my confidence so I was nervous going into this However my photographer Danny was exceptional He guided me through every pose made me feel comfortable and helped me regain my confidence in front of the camera Unfortunately this is where the positives end After the shoot I waited about 15 20 minutes before being taken to the viewing room I was under the impression that I would receive one free retouched photo The first thing I asked was whether I could also receive the raw images only to be told that they were not included and that we should go through the photos before discussing pricing At this point I assumed that purchasing raw images would be a more affordable option The photographer had taken approximately 100 photos After narrowing them down I was left with around 20 that I really liked I was then quoted a package price of 1 000 for those images When I explained that I didn t have that amount of money in my savings they reduced the package to 10 images for 500 Since I still couldn t afford that upfront I was placed on a payment plan of 45 per month At this stage I was still under the impression that I would be receiving properly retouched images However when I later reached out to ask when I would receive them and to once again inquire about getting the raw files I was told that the images had already been subtly retouched This was hard to believe considering they had supposedly retouched 100 photos in just 20 minutes When I asked about additional edits I was told that further retouching would cost 12 per image meaning an extra 120 to properly edit the photos myself To make matters worse I was then informed that the raw files were no longer available as they are deleted from their system once payment is processed At this point canceling the loan was no longer an option as they had clearly structured their payment system to ensure that once you commit you are locked in While they do have their pricing listed on their website for the amount charged one would reasonably expect professional-level retouching and the option to receive the raw images The final images I received were beautiful and I truly believe that if I had access to the raw files I would have been happy to recommend this studio However their pricing structure and policies make it clear that they are more interested in maximizing profits than providing a fair and transparent experience You re far better off booking directly with a photographer instead of going through this studio

When I was sold the voucher for this experience the salesperson made it sound like it would be a day of beauty and pampering followed by a photoshoot They made it seem like the beauty and pampering was the main part and the photography was supplementary This was not the case this is a photography studio and the photography is the main part of the day and the make-up and hair are in preparation for the photoshoot The make-up hair and photography were very well done but this experience was not what I was told it would be If you are looking to have professional photos done highly recommended
