Very poor customer service I would NEVER recommend anyone to use Vault for their insurance I dealt with Theresa Guy and she was inadequate She was extremely difficult to reach Most of the time her voicemail was full The CEO reached out and was very unprofessional

Original review Very prompt response felt like I was dealing with a business partner rather than an insurance adjuster Thank you Update 11 20 2023My Agent just called me and told me that he received a letter of non-renewal He asked why and they would not give him a reason I makes me believe that because we had a claim even though it was a no fault claim that they are not renewing us

As a high Net Worth Client that s paid over 120K in premiums in 3 years they just decided to pull out of the FL market as a Catastrophic Risk so they took the money ran as far as I m concerned They also cancelled excess Liability citing no underlying coverage which they cancelled BTW Never Had a claim POS Scam Company

We have a water damage loss on 4 2 2023 - Vault hired a terrible demo company so we ended up with a huge mold problem it is now 12 19 2023 The 2nd demo company has NOT been paid and the restoration company has NOT been paid The restoration work is stopped because they aren t getting paid Estimate was submitted in early August - it s now mid-December and Vault has NOT even reviewed their estimate or called them to review it I get promises for updates each week that are pushed to the following week complete run around
