My experience with Vault has been very good I ve only written one home so far but Vault has done an excellent job and was a big help in getting the case written I would give five stars but I always feel there s room for improvement

Overall my claim process was incredible The response and processing was fast and fair The only recommendation suggestion that I can provide is that given the challenges of finding quality contractors in my area it would be nice if Vault could leverage their regional client base into a collection of recommended contractors that would be more responsive to completing the work associated with a claim Instead I have had to and continue to try to find someone to make my necessary repairs

Claim process went smoothly Was able to connect with Vault report the incident and get it repaired quickly The team was helpful in processing the claim I initiated most calls to Vault Would have given 5 stars if they had initiated calls to me on process for filing the claim

The adjuster had a whole team of experts available to help us determine damage etc Full disclosure this was not a quick process nor a rewarding one but I felt that the company was fair

I reported my claim and was contacted my an adjuster the same day He was very friendly helpful patient and knowledgeable The only thing keeping this from 5 stars was that I felt like the Audi dealership took advantage of the situation and I wished that maybe their evaluation was looked at more closely
