Vault Insurance - the perfect example of what an insurance company can and should be We experienced quite a bit of damage as a result of Hurricane Ian and as a result needed to submit a claim to Vault From the moment we contacted Vault they were incredibly responsive and efficient in every regard We were immediately put in touch with Derek Franks our insurance adjuster who was extremely helpful professional and responsive He kept us updated on every facet of the process and was very helpful in every respect This was our first claims experience with Vault and can honestly say that their level of professionalism and customer support knows no bounds Thank you for looking after us so well
