Vault Insurance is awesome We lost a number of items as a result of Hurricane Ian and had to submit a claim to Vault We have heard all the insurance claim horror stories and since we have never made an insurance claim we were concerned Our Claims Adjuster Derek Franks was unbelievably responsive professional and easy-to-deal with Our claim was settled almost immediately

Lost earring
My wife lost one earring while at a luncheon club event I notified Vault got an estimate for the replacement earring from the jeweler who sold me the original pair and we reimbursed by Vault all within about a two week period The process was easy pretty quick and painless and required no follow-up or prodding calls or emails I am very happy and completely satisfied with the results and the overall claims experience
