Great Customer Service
It was my first time ordering from Veena s The service pre-delivery is great as if something is not available they phone you and ask to check about the options available The order delivered is the same as order placed I have had issues with some other stores where they delivered things different from what I ordered and even refused to acknowledge that I had some tomatoes that went bad and contacted Veena s customer care regarding the issue Even the customer care service is amazing They even make a call after an order is delivered to ask about your feedback which I saw nowhere They do care about their customers I was serviced by Durga from Veena s for issues on my order and she was very quick extremely polite and cheerful lady who is very efficient in doing her job I even got refunded for the tomatoes which is absolutely great Very very pleased with the service and highly recommend Veena s for Indian groceries
