SCAM - DO NOT USE

The website says they will only charge you 1 but you will end up with an additional 25 charge on your account DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

Very unsatisfied client

I paid my part of 1 as it shown on the site I checked the bank statement online Charged me 1 plus 24 something Recieved the report got no information on reports but only make and model Even tho i tried to get back on It wont let me get back in my account while it wont allow me type in my new password It seem to be scam But i am very unsatisfied client I want refund

Scam Their website says 1 per report After you enter your CC information the site shows that you are agreeing to 25 week charge I never got the report Their site froze up I waited 5 minutes and nothing I called their customer service and they can t find my transaction information The lady told me to stop the charge with my bank however the bank tells you to stop with them SCAM

They charged me 1 as advertised for a useless report that didnt have the info I needed Then they charged me 25 for lord knows what Support was unresponsive and now I am disputing with my CC company Dont waste your time on this scam website

Scammers like the others have said they charge your 1 and seconds later 25 I contacted them through Chat and they said that I must have subscribed to their service when I never did It said download the report then it said 1 and filled my credit card info and that was it I ll update my review if they revert the charges like they said they would

Misleading Information Unexplained Charges I was trying to locate a vehicle

I was trying to locate a vehicle history report online for a vehicle I was considering for purchase with trade-in One 1 vehicle history report I provided my credit card information thought my credit card would be charged 1 00 for one 1 vehicle history report I was reviewing my credit card statement two days later there were two 2 pending transactions noted as Car Data Lookup Com with an 800 number listed One transaction was for 1 00 the second transaction was for 179 00 so I called found out it was VehicleHistory us org questioned the 179 00 unexplained pending charges The gal said this is for your one year subscription for unlimited access to vehicle history reports I never subscribed to this I never authorized this 179 00 charge If I had the option to choose a no star review that is what I would choose There is no excuse for this error None The actual vehicle history report I did order online for 1 00 was not as informative as I was expecting This company will not get my business again in the future

Complete scam Says it s 1 00 but there are 2 charges to my CC 1 00 and 24 99 The report was a joke It had no relevant information on it I m immediately disputing the 24 99 charge and maybe even the 1 00 one- useless The pictures of my car weren t even correct of the cabin as I don t have a 5-speed Please don t use this service They also asked for my telephone number- information I believe is not relevant to the purchase Below is a cut and paste from their site Buy with Confidence 1 Vehicle Pre-Purchase Essentials ReportWhy do I have to pay a dollar We charge just 1 per report to help us keep our records up to date Companies that offer free reports aren t able to provide you with up-to-date records Companies that charge you more are just taking advantage of you Basic Report 1 Each

All these review responses say that the additional 25 was very clear and at the top of the page but all I saw when I checked was a small banner that didn t say that I was going to be charged and doesn t state that that s what I m paying for many sites put offers on banners like that I believe this is a scam because it doesn t state that you will be charged 25
