The reviews must be fake as i purchased the 1 report and then get an email form Chase fraud department with a 24 95 charge on my account I call the 800 number right away and when i question them on what happened they told me that the account is closed and cant help me VERY VERY Suspicious

I paid my part of 1 as it shown on the site I checked the bank statement online Charged me 1 plus 24 something Recieved the report got no information on reports but only make and model Even tho i tried to get back on It wont let me get back in my account while it wont allow me type in my new password It seem to be scam But i am very unsatisfied client I want refund

Scam Their website says 1 per report After you enter your CC information the site shows that you are agreeing to 25 week charge I never got the report Their site froze up I waited 5 minutes and nothing I called their customer service and they can t find my transaction information The lady told me to stop the charge with my bank however the bank tells you to stop with them SCAM

Misleading Information Unexplained Charges I was trying to locate a vehicle
I was trying to locate a vehicle history report online for a vehicle I was considering for purchase with trade-in One 1 vehicle history report I provided my credit card information thought my credit card would be charged 1 00 for one 1 vehicle history report I was reviewing my credit card statement two days later there were two 2 pending transactions noted as Car Data Lookup Com with an 800 number listed One transaction was for 1 00 the second transaction was for 179 00 so I called found out it was VehicleHistory us org questioned the 179 00 unexplained pending charges The gal said this is for your one year subscription for unlimited access to vehicle history reports I never subscribed to this I never authorized this 179 00 charge If I had the option to choose a no star review that is what I would choose There is no excuse for this error None The actual vehicle history report I did order online for 1 00 was not as informative as I was expecting This company will not get my business again in the future

All these review responses say that the additional 25 was very clear and at the top of the page but all I saw when I checked was a small banner that didn t say that I was going to be charged and doesn t state that that s what I m paying for many sites put offers on banners like that I believe this is a scam because it doesn t state that you will be charged 25
