Ended up waiting all day for the pickup Company said they could be there earlier and then ended up not getting there until after original time

The vehicle pick up went fine The problem is that you never transferred the title I ve now received a notice that this vehicle was towed and I m on the record for this You sold this car and you and new owners have never transferred the title

I had a very well kept travel trailer and from your name I expected a veteran to get the trailer and be able to use it Unfortunately y all scrapped it to part out for money Also one would think from your name that you actually provided vehicles for veterans but again not the case I understand the money goes to Charities for Vets but many of them could use a car or a trailer rather than a charity hand out

I received a troubling document from the California DMV that the new purchaser of my car was having a lien put on the car by a 3rd party for things like storage The problem with that is the DMV had my home addresses If the purchaser does not pay the lien I m concerned the lawless State of California will put a lien on my homes I probably won t donate like this again

Call was fast then made arrangements for pick up and then Nothing no car sold no notice of value or tax info I think I went through the cracks on this one

The pick up process was awesome However I am so disappointed with you all selling my car for 875 The battery alone was 200 brand new I purchased in May 2023 I didn t have major issues with it at all in great condition I DONT AGREE WITH THE APPRAISED VALUE I also read on your website that I could claim on my taxes for the blue book value of my car I m extremely sad about this

Istill have not got the receipt for the truck I donated back in August 2023 I even suggested to thhe company that picked it up to give the truck directly to the veterans This is the second review on this matter and it will be the last

Quick to take your car Extremely slow to follow up after I wish I d just donated my car to the local fire department for training Their social media person absolutely ignores me when I try to get follow up

The third party towing service that was contracted to pick up my vehicle did not show up as scheduled and failed to call and let me know I actually spoke to the driver the day before the pickup and made sure instructions and location was crystal clear I had the drivers cell phone number I called the driver to determine how late they were going to be when the arrival window had passed They did not pickup the call so I left a message Also left a message with the auction service that arranged for the driver No one returned my call After several calls with voice messages and another failed pickup I called to cancel the donation Surprisingly they came the next day and picked up the car Took nearly 4 weeks In the end I learned that car donation programs are a huge network of poor service providers and websites to link nonprofits with them The non-profits get the financial scraps if any of the money obtained from the donation of a vehicle after the third party service providers syphon off their crazy fees Not sure I would ever do this again

Still have yet to received letter for tax-deduction to use for taxes I have tried calling Customer Service several times To no avail No assistance or anything provided
