Placed an order for some funko pops ordered in November with a delivery date of the 6th dec only to now be told they are coming from USA and won t be delivered until 27th dec brilliant as it s a Christmas present at no point during the sale did they give any indication about delivery from USA I m so disappointed as this is now out of stock everywhere so I can t get them for my autistic son before Christmas and these are all he has asked for terrible And they take a long time to reply so don t even know where i stand with a refund order number 451776876Update a refund can t be processed as they have been dispatched Even tho I was told a delivery date of 2-3 days not 30 Absolutely disgusting customer service and they are refusing to chase the courier to see where it is makes me wonder if it s even been sent2nd update I have to now change this to a good review After a message from Ben in customer services informing me about the tracking and offering to refund and giving me 30 credit they really went above and beyond to help me My only advice to them is let people know legit delivery dates at the time of sale but I can t fault Ben when he stepped in Much appreciated Ben
