It s a no

This company started out great then started disappointing on so many levels Preorders never arriving on time understandable with covid however lacking in initiative with updating the customers Orders switching to awaiting despatch for ages and never despatched hence never arrived Customer service copy and paste template not really addressing the concerns of the enquiry I also managed to purchase an item which had a pricing error was listed with the price error and later removed and a new listing was created with the correct price I contacted the company about this which they responded very quickly to Then decided to straight out lie that it sold out so they are cancelling the order Mine was the first order hence why i caught the pricing error if anything my order should be guaranteed the item Wouldn t be this upset if they had just explained they couldn t honour the pricing error completely justified if they were honest about it Don t appreciate being lied to

Worst Customer Service

Worst Customer Service 1 First bag ever ordered arrived damaged When I requested a shipping label to send back the same day it arrived they sent me an email with no apology Informing me returns with damage would be denied 2 Gave them another try My Coraline Loungefly bag was lost in transit 3 A bag that was preordered the company changed the shipping date for months out from the original date In that time I moved out of state I requested they update the address- they denied that request They informed me that I d have to cancel The website would allow me to cancel The associated and investigation team are unable to maneuver the website to cancel on their end Management has not reached out Sometimes you ll get a customer associate that cares and is helpful but 95 of the time trying to get help with this company is like going in circles

Not very transparent about postage

Not very transparent about postage costs till a late stage at the checkout felt very disingenuous I like to know costs for delivery upfront so I can make an informed decision about whether to purchase or not

Expected better

Ordered 2 Christmas presents on 12 12 One arrived damaged whilst the other hasn t arrived I ve asked to cancel the 2nd part of the order but they ve said the it s being processed so I can t but also won t provide a delivery date I had to purchase an alternative present in the end so I have no use for the 2nd item You d think they d want to save everyone time but cancelling it but I have to wait for the item to arrive and then send it back despite it not being sent and no date being available Strange business Not going to bother returning the damaged item as they ll no doubt take forever processing that as well They do reply within 24-48 hours so the customer service isn t awful it s just slow

Love the products but

Love the products on very neko especially loungefly stuff but had multiple problems with the catwalk subscription not working when paid for it and then again being charged twice for it and told I would be refunded to then find out the refund wasn t even processed tried talking to people and was just going around in circles very frustrating Edit - Order number 285679156 and 282340690 I had problems with I d rather not go through the website as I ha e many times and not got anywhere or go around in circles your welcome to email me at tannith333 at gmail com

Absolutely abysmal customer service

Absolutely abysmal customer service I have had a query regarding my returns since 24th September and I m going around in circles Different advisors on their email service Not able to use live chat as it keeps saying unavailable I ve posted two items back they have only refunded for one and both items where in the same box Asked to provide proof of postage a d delivery- done that Still no refund for the second item Awaiting a reply which will take about three days now I signed up for catwalk which I m now cancelling as I cannot believe how back the customer service is

Very poor service Still no refund

Very easy to place the order After having commented on 3rd December about the ease of placing the order I now amend my rating to poor I realised immediately that I no longer required the item and contacted veryneko within c 24 hrs of placing the order to cancel They said it was too late despite that they didn t ship it for over a week I told them I would be sending it straight back still they sent it So I sent it back on 18th December and I have still not received confirmation or my money back

Been waiting over a year for product

Husband pre ordered a Neko Exclusive Lion King Loungefly bag that was due for release well over a year ago Still waiting Request for money back was declined Customer Service is so poor

Very late delivery

Ordered on the 9th said it would be here in 17th and now the 20th and still waiting for my daughters birthday present which is today the 20th and still no signs said for 3 days will be delivered today this is not a good to order things then to be late
