First time buyer beware

Delivery was quick but sadly the items were not worth the money I entered the website and they used very cheeky word placement I thought for a mystery gift I would get a loungefly purse or card holder but instead I got something that wasn t worth anything Not even something I liked I spent over 100 pounds My bag was lovely but they did not provide details on the size It was tiny and I also order a note book It was damaged I felt like I have been scammed And will not be buying from them again Lack of information very misleading offers I had just lost my auntie and this was supposed to cheer me up But instead I feel taken adventage of Other people who have order loungefly and know the sizes will like this site but as a first time buyer Exteremly disappointed Should have stated the size

We ordered these in January as a pre

We ordered these in January as a pre order and heard nothing weather they had arrived until I looked at my basket and they were still there so we have tried to pay for them again they was for my daughter who has had a bad year health wise to try and make her smile hopefully she will receive them shortly

Lovely items but customer service

Love Very Nekos range of items especially the loungefly bags and have many favourited Unfortunately though I received a purse that had glue marks and a slight stain on the back I sent a message with images attached to show the product brand new out of the packaging as I opened it but havent heard back I just want an exchange

50 50 with this site

I bought three of their Jurassic world merch As it was only their site that consisted of it I m still awaiting dispatch as we speak and I ve tried to message and contact and After checking other mixed reviews I m slightly nervous and feel like I m not going to get my items or 50 back as I have attempted to cancel and apparently there were no cancellable items their policy states 14 days and I was on day 8 I m disgusted at the audacity of this website to just take money and not communicate properly AND give an automated reply to other people s bad reviews and slap a random name on it I d like someone to properly communicate with me on this matter UPDATE their communication is a little better I will admit about my enquiry making it into the 48hr window and have stated they are in transit

Order dispatch went beyond dispatch

Order dispatch went beyond dispatch date Understandable around Christmas time however regular updates as to when my order will be dispatched would have been good Customer service team after being contacted twice upped the dispatch and was then promptly delivered which was nice of them to do Would buy from them again as long as communication is improved

Problem eventually sorted

Pre ordered a jacket When the date of release came the jacket disappeared off the website but my order still said processing After a lot of messaging where nobody knew what was going on I finally had a message back saying it was out of stock so I cancelled it It s still saying online they have it in stock and it will be dispatched in 2 days so I tried to order it again silly me and they ve took my money but still no dispatch I m going to have to message again and get a refund Why take the money if they ve not dispatchedEdited to say Amy who replied to my original review went above and beyond to find out what was going on Within 2 3 days it had been dispatched and as a goodwill gesture promised a refund I m very grateful this has been sorted for me

Watch the delivery charges

On the delivery options i choose standard 3-5 days as it had a cross through 3 99 and said it was free but when I paid it said delivery was 3 99 I know it s only a few quid but I m shocked that they offered it free to me then charged me at the end I would of chosen a quicker delivery if I knew I had to pay First and last time shopping with them
