Very happy with my products Just disappointed that I am still waiting for something and have had no feedback Thankyou for the feedback and the valentines Wookiee was advertised as a feb 21 release It s now august and was told June

Value for money

There was a delay with my delivery it was dispatched from Very Neko and on checking tracking the courier had received it however they reported a problem and to wait 24 hours as there was still no sign of my order being delivered by Hermes after the 24 hours I contacted Very Neko and was told to wait a further few days and then report it to them the tracking didn t change from wait 24 hours status I contacted Very Neko again they replied asking if I wanted to cancel or resend my order after a few more days my reorder arrived I was very glad that I had ordered in plenty of time as it was for a Birthday present and it may not have arrived in time

4 only because I couldn t put my order through on my laptop even using multiple browsers Was starting to think the page was down All good though because it worked on my phone just prefer to order on a bigger screen

The quickness of ordering

Great range of items and the order that I ve had arrive so far have been packaged well Can be latchy in answering emails hence only 4 and beware if you need to move house as orders delivery addresses can t be changed which is a huge annoyance as I have lots of pre-orders was told to cancel and re order but a few items have sold out so I can t take the risk

The new pumpkin Mickey lantern bag is now on the website but when I received the email today the section of this email was in French I thought I needed to buy this as quick as possible in case it sold out then used Google translate after making purchase and noticed there was actually a code for free delivery that I never added to my basket So not sure what was going on with the email but would appreciate it in English rather than french
