Placed my first ever order the other week very communicative with delivery updates and good delivery times I had a faulty item delivered and contacted their customer service through Facebook and received some of the best customer service I ever have from any business They re sending out a replacement item and told me to just donate the faulty one somewhere

The website is very easy to use

It was easy to order I ordered a Star Wars advent calendar which I have had difficulty getting hold of I was very happy to find you had one and can get it to me in 2-3 days which means it will be in time to open on 1st December This is essential but of course I cannot rate you on this part of my experience until I receive the product in the time scale you have promised Fingers crossed it will arrive in time Thank you AG

Good place to shop for unique stuff

The website is very easy to use both on phone and pc Was easy to sign up and checkout was a breeze SO MANY different options to pay and I was very happy to see apple pay was one made it even easier to check out Had my email confirmation instantly and now I await my two new loungefly bags Thank you for helping a loungefly addict

I d found an item I liked and whilst trying to decide whether or not to buy it it sold out I put it onto my Wishlist and a few weeks later was notified by e-mail that it was back in stock - so I went straight on and bought it This was brilliant Website was easy to use - to find what I wanted and check out etc I m new to this company but would definitely use again in future
