This company is fantastic It s great to finally have merch like this available and accessible in England It s so difficult to find kawaii merch anywhere The sales are fantastic great range of products Hoping to see more anime and kawaii themes Sailor moon merch please

My item I ordered was lost in transit by Royal Mail very neko worked quickly to find out what had happened to it and issued a refund straight away for my lost item it hasn t put me off from ordering with them in future I will definitely buy from them again as usually their orders are well packaged and arrive in great condition

I was slightly sceptical about ordering

I m a little taken back by the negative reviews as I was someone who recently purchased a bag from this company received it I m honestly happy with my purchase I am American so I was surprised it didn t take super long to come my way I hope other people in the future will have better luck with the very Neko company like I did Cheers

Absolutely brilliant customer service

I was slightly sceptical about ordering from veryneko I d never heard of them before and the price of item was significantly lower than everyone else I looked into trust pilot and every other possible avenue to ensure they were legit Took the plunge and ordered the item couple of days later it turned up Perfect Will use again

Amazing

Absolutely brilliant customer service I received my Loungefly bag today and although it was packed perfectly and sent on time it came with some marks and damage I contacted customer service through the live chat option via my account at 8 30pm this evening and had someone called Sam live chat straight away they were very polite offered a discount for the item if I wanted to keep it as they couldn t offer me an exchange due to stock issues or a full refund They helped me efficiently and I can now return my items stress free I opted for the full refund as I wouldn t be able to see past the marks but it means I can buy myself something else from the website Very impressed as a first time buyer and will definitely buy again

Amazing After reading a few negative comments and this being my first purchase with very neko I was nervous to order But I am really impressed with the bargain loungefly bag I ordered and the timely delivery considering it s so close to Christmas Will definitely order more items in the future

Had an issue with a promo code that didn t work Very Neko responded promptly to a negative review on here and resolved the issue Despite the initial issue - got to give credit where it s due mistakes happen It s how those mistakes are dealt with that makes a difference Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service by chat Well-packed item in a sturdy box with plenty of bubbles I m a collector and quality is really important to me Quick delivery with very updated tracking and excellent communication I ordered a Lego Star Wars set which is sold out everywhere I m so happy to get one I got a referral discount as well Absolutely satisfied with them I will order again from them and also will recommend them
