Definitely underwhelmed

The company steals your money They make they own plans to how much they take from your account credit card If you make a monthly payment it will not count As they can make other plans than the ones you have made with them Example if you pay they can charge you again after som days

I d give it a 0 stars if I could

Definitely underwhelmed I have Affirm which doesn t even request Entire SSN This via bill wanted the whole number Then it just said my info couldn t be verified Not that I really care I was only interested Completed my purchase anyway But AfterPay and Affirm had no verification issues My only guess is my phone is prepaid But obviously it s My phone or I wouldn t have gotten their dumb texted code wasteoftime

If I could give a negative stars

I d give it a 0 stars if I could I tried to sign up to order a product but their system denied me and it didn t even ask me any questions Nothing about income social security number nothing All it asked me for was my email and phone number and denied me based on those 2 things How do you even base a decision without asking any questions You can t deny a customer based on email and phone number alone That is the stupidest system I ve ever seen They lost out on money from me because of that

Tried to scam me

If I could give a negative stars I would I used Viabill for GoLo diet pills Everything was good after the purchase was completed and paid for Months later I get a refund check for 12 49 An overcharge of a late fee I deposited the check into my account Two days later my account is frozen due to the check No phone number that is listed on the website is registered number So now I have to wait for the investigation to be over with to either continue using my checking account as normal Or I have to go in person to open a new account Such BS Don t use Viabill PERIOD

Trying to sign up I keep getting an

Tried to scam me Made some subscription that I never signed for or agreed to have then tried to go trough debt collection agency to try to get around 4000dkk from me I never signed any subscription in my life This is the first time I even heard about this company Of course I reported them to police The case ended up by them loosing I remember someone 12 years ago called me and said I won some razor blades and I have to pay only for the shipment It was a women who sounded to be in the street I was 18-19 years old back then new in the country I said yes-sure - I will pay for posting thanks I suspect that this is the company who did this scam Avoid at all cost and report them so they go bankrupt

Stay away from ViaBill - Scammers

I have never heard of this company until today when I received a bill of 742kr from a debt collector I was told it was a credit service I used viabill in 2017 on some Webshop The original bill is 82kr which I still don t recall what I used it for or if I was conscious that I was using a credit service For the first I don t think anyone needs a 82kr credit for shopping online and get into the hassle of forgetting paying the bill So I m pretty sure I was lured to click some wrong button Secondly I m sure there s a way to reach me over the fives years regarding this credit bill instead of sending me a bill via debt collector company with a huge commission fee You decide if it s a fraud I m just happy I ll never do anything with this company

Unexistant customer service

I opened ViaBill account 10 minutes ago Nothing works I never borrowed anything from Viabill yet they pretend now that I borrowed 4000 DKK I never used viaBill I never bought anything with viaBill because no shops ever approved on my purchase - possibly due to the reason that my bank check didn t complete with positive results - I never borrowed money from ViaBill and here I am now I cannot even close my account owning them 59 crowns they say although I never bought anything and never borrowed anything Stay away - they are scammers very similar to N26 bank

Well I was apparently to poor

Unexistant customer serviceUnexistant customer service no matter how often you contact them they never reply they keep taking money for a purchase I ve returned I just can t manage to stop paying for that item I do not own the seller has confirmed that they got the item back still viabill keeps taking my money monthly Impossible to get into my account as the reset password link never sends me a link to reset my password What a mess or a scam I don t know but I m pissed off
