Ordered a wardrobe and never arrived on expected delivery date I gave the order an extra week in case of delays and then contacted Vida XL Tracking showed the order was doing loops of same warehouse and then disappeared off the face of the earth Chasing Vida xl customer service took almost another week before I was offered a replacement refund Replacement eventually came nearly a month later than when I ordered originally ok quality but again could be better for the price Please look into courier offered and issues around orders more thoroughly

Service and delivery was good Unfortunately the product outdoor rug was disappointing It is of poor quality and doesn t lie flat I would have returned if I hadn t tried it out for a few days

We ordered the white distressed look hallway bench the quality is so bad in terms of the wood used literally MdF boards for the inside drawers and splinters were poking on all sides The bench that in the box was so dusty The only reason I kept it instead of returning it was I couldn t find another furniture of that dimension anywhere else I still repent this furniture bought for 143 eurs

Delivery time exactly as predicted Packaging excellent This is a very good machine but extremely difficult to start every time

I will not purchase from VidaXL again The item I purchased a consol table in engineer wood arrived efficiently and was well packed The parts were ok though the engineered wood is fairly low quality coarse laminated chipboard - chipboard I expected it could have been better quality It went together fine even though the instructions are tiny and hard to follow its a complex item However one drawer side was not fully drilled so it could not be assembled I have had several emails with the company and they are refusing to send me a replacement piece - I don t believe they would ever send a replacement for any missing or damaged piece they claim its out of stock but I doubt they have parts on site They have offered me 15 refund or a voucher Voucher is no use as I will not be shopping there again They say the 15 would cover the cost of getting the timber drilled Ha Maybe in China here I don t know who would do the job The table is no use without the drawer so I may have to patch it together just to disguise the drawer slot Very unsatisfactory Update After a good deal of argument - their rep phoned me several times then abandoned me then returned the sent the part They suggested I should send back the item for replacement but I refused as it was mostly assembled Then they suggested they would send a new item I would remove the part and send the rest back I pointed out this was a stupid solution Eventually they sent the part the item is now finished and it looks fineYou just have to keep fighting They are not running the company in an intelligent way but appear to be well intentioned

order came cracked in 2places its fine we I made it but for the money I paid not happy for what we got

This isn t a great company for customer service I ordered 3 items and only 1 arrived No explaination A second one arrive 2 weeks later with missing parts - still no explaination Tried to contact them several times - no reply They only contacted me when I left a bad review but then they did sort out my issues very quickly

Update VidaXL team promptly reached out to resolve the issue with a no condition return or replacement Adding few stars for the support and customer advocacy Recently bought a Highboard and Sideboard Description says high gloss white but it s more like paper Quality is poor with no labels to match the parts Also received one item with broken parts Serious review of product quality should be done by VidaXL

Tiles are sticky but not great at sticking to concrete floor Floor was properly cleaned no dust or dirt before I put them down on the floor A few tiles are lifting mostly corners of the tiles are lifting There is no dust or dirt on the sticky part so problem must be the tiles Pattern on tiles are very hard to match Layer them down properly using the directions under tiles

You get what you pay for Bought 3 pieces of furniture Poor instructions Poor quality timber Poor quality painted finish
