This shed came in 2 different deliveries 2 weeks apart the shed is extremely flemsy instructions were very difficult and took 3 men 3 days to put together When finally put together door entrance was very short you need to bend down to enter doorway doors are sliding and constantly getting jammed tt leeks when heavy rain very sorry we purchased this shed as its NOT worth the money Very much disappointed

Absolutly awful quality of this product Some of the parts were diffrent length where they supposed to be the same holes were drilled in the wrong places up to 1 cm off some wood parts were bend and dowells were breaking as they were hallow inside etc All that made it all impossible to put together without many DIY interventions Would not buy it again and do not recommend to anyone

These people are incompetent charlatans I made the mistake of ordering a cheap gold mirror from them to go on the back of a cupboard door The delivery arrived after they said it would fine I can get over waiting a few extra days but the item was wrong It was black I made contact via the impenetrable website The hoops they make customers go through is appalling not just a customer number needed but an SKU number hidden on the packaging box a date of order a date of delivery a photo a photo beside the box A more cynical customer would suggest they don t want the hassle of dealing with customers or indeed completing an order correctly There followed endless-13 emails-all from people with no comprehension of the english language attempting to clarify what it is I wanted and how terribly sorry they were for my inconvenience but could I also send them another picture of this or that Reader if you ve made it this far bless you it was beyond ridiculous Then spontaneously after weeks of emails and hassle with people who were stupid didn t speak english or I as suspect-both they sent me a replacement And no inevitably they didn t want the wrong one back better to inconvenience the customer getting rid of a large mirror No prizes for guessing whether the replacement was right or wrong Zero out of two orders correct Whatever you do please avoid this company they undercut competitors with very poor quality products and their customer service is the worst I ve ever dealt with An angry NHS Consultant

I wish I had never heard of VidaXL I purchased a metal shed On arrival I unpacked it to discover that it had come with NO fixings of any kind - nuts bolts screws etc Parts of the base frame were missing others duplicated I contacted VidaXL who informed me that these parts were no longer available and that I could return the shed for a full refund I had already unboxed it and disposed of the packaging so opted for a small refund to cover my own purchasing of the fixings This they agreed to and my refund was paid The instructions then turned out to be less than useless The pictures were vague and hard to make out Some part numbers were included others not Thankfully I am an Engineer and have the skills and wherewithal to modify the kit and make it work Finally when finished I have discovered that it lets in the rain - the floor is awash and I have had to seal all the roof panels Since writing the above review VidaXL have been in contact and have offered me a partial refund to compensate for my inconvenience Whilst I appreciate the offer and have accepted it in order to help offset the additional costs associated with the erection of the shed it does not lessen the fact that for me the product failed to completely meet my expectations

Real trash a complete waste of time and money Poor design assembly instructions unclear Very weak materials Design is very poor and materials too weak to hold joints and weight Cost of reinforcing more than green house cost You ll probably be better building one from scratch yourself

Pure false advertisement Ordered a 6ft full looking christmas tree Got a 4ft branch with a few twigs Horrendous quality Feel totally ripped off Avoid

I have ordered a vanity table from your website The quality was disgraceful It literally looked like somebody who has owned it for over 20 years had given it away for free because they wanted to get rid of it It was dirty every single element was scratched and one piece was broken in half The pictures on the website looked amazing but the quality was so so disappointing

Bought a gate spent 2 days assembling and installing it Material was so flimsy you could just pull the gate posts apart Lock couldn t be operated from inside and there was no stop on the back so you could just push it in while locked from outside

Appaling experience Ordered a number of large planters Sent bank payment as they requested with correct reference They refunded money with zero communication about deliver or not We now dont have time to replace before a photoshoot Massive let down will NEVER use again
